TrustpilotThank you Caroline! 🤩
Really can’t thank Caroline enough for her efforts in securing a flat for my son. The Glasgow rental market is bonkers at the moment, and the uncertainty has caused a great deal of stress. Caroline helped enormously in alleviating this stress, and thankfully has secured my son a flat in the perfect location. Chuffed to bits 😊
Hi, thanks for the great review. I will make sure to pass this onto Caroline.

TrustpilotGreat support from Norman MacLean
I am a landlord based in London with a flat in Edinburgh that DJ Alexander are managing. Norman MacLean, their maintenance coordinator, has been incredibly helpful in dealing with a very difficult contractor following a leak in the flat. He has done his utmost to support me in what has been a stressful situation involving unexpected costs. I really appreciate all his efforts to try and resolve the problem, with good communication and a friendly manner.
Thanks for the great feedback, I will make sure to pass this onto Georgia.

TrustpilotScammed my deposit
I have rented a property from DJ Alexander for almost 9 years. I was charged £63 for a cup ring on a bedside table as the only 'issue'. Can you honestly believe that, after 9 years in the property?! They claim that the owner decided this but I would expect the letting agency to manage this much better, if true. In addition, I engaged an end of tenancy clean with a company recommended by DJA for £260. AFTERWARDS I was informed that they were going to do renovation works in the property and so the end of tenancy clean was a waste. Lost over £300 thanks to this nonsense.
Dear Sara, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are happy to look into any outstanding issues or queries you may have. Please feel free to contact us directly at customerservice@djalexander.co.uk if you would like to discuss, or for us to look into anything further or assist. Kind regards, DJ Alexander Customer Service

Trustpilot⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Reliable and helpful!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I am incredibly grateful for the outstanding support provided by my estate agents D. J. Alexander during a difficult period from December 2023 to March 2024 when my property was without tenants for reasons beyond everyone's control. Despite the challenges, Sophie and the entire team were exceptional. Sophie, in particular, demonstrated remarkable dedication and efficiency, handling every detail with extraordinary promptness and professionalism. Thanks to their unwavering commitment, my property was successfully let again in April 2024. I highly recommend their services to anyone seeking reliable and responsive property management.
Thank you, Balaji, for this excellent review. We will pass this onto Sophie and the Team.
