TrustpilotOnce Again 5* for DJ Alexander
My daughter had to move home due to problems with neighbours. She was currently in a DJ Alexander property and Peter Thompson was fantastic in securing her another property basically 2 minutes round the road from where she was. Laura MacTaggart was amazing as well. We were so stressed out but the team at DJ Alexander were fantastic as per usual. If you are looking for a property to let, look no further than DJ Alexander 5* service constantly!!
Hi, thanks for the great feedback and we are happy to help. I will make sure to pass this onto the team.

TrustpilotAmazing Agents!
My girlfriend and I had an outstanding experience when finding a propertyto rent in Edinburgh through D.J. Alexander - the team there were always quick to respond to our questions and remarkably helpful. When the first property we had hoped to move in to didn't work out, the team at D.J. Alexander were able to find us another amazing flat within the same price range, for the same move in date, AND that we actually preferred to the original! All within an hour of the first property falling through.I'd like to specifically mention and thank Laura Mctaggart, Natalie Cotton, and Chloe Alexander for their highly professional and friendly service - they really went above and beyond to make sure that we got a property we were happy with.We will definitely use D.J. Alexander again, and we would not hesitate to reccomend them!
Hi, thanks for the great review and taking the time to post it online. We are glad to help you through the whole process and I will make sure I pass this on to everyone that you have mentioned.

TrustpilotGreat first experience with D.J. Alexander
After having many rental applications rejected by other agencies D.J. Alexander helped us secure tenancy for an amazing property in Edinburgh. I’d like to give a big thanks to Ali and Lee in particular. Ali could not have been more accommodating with the flat viewing, he also had great communication skills via email and went out of his way to keep us updated on the situation. Lee was also excellent in this regard and was very quick to respond to any and every question I had (and there were many of them) via email and was also very accommodating and understanding. Overall a great first experience with D.J. Alexander and I would recommend them to anyone looking to rent a flat in Edinburgh!
