My experience was smooth and less stressful. The agent I met when I went for viewing Caitlin was super friendly and nice, even my application was nice and easy thanks to Gill the application officer. They take you through your new home process with zeal and patience. Overall, I’m happy to have found DJ Alexander, they are simply the best.

I had the pleasure of having the expertise and knowledgable help of lettings agent Giulia Ceccarelli from DJ Alexander.I was completely struggling to find a place in Edinburgh and was getting nowhere. That is until I had the fortune to be in contact with Giulia. She was extremely responsive, helpful, and accommodating. After having many rental applications rejected by other agencies D.J. Alexander helped us secure tenancy for an amazing property in Edinburgh. I’d like to give a big thanks to Ali and Lee in particular. Ali could not have been more accommodating with the flat viewing, he also had great communication skills via email and went out of his way to keep us updated on the situation. Lee was also excellent in this regard and was very quick to respond to any and every question I had (and there were many of them) via email and was also very accommodating and understanding. Overall a great first experience with D.J. Alexander and I would recommend them to anyone looking to rent a flat in Edinburgh!

I was looking for a place to rent and 3\4 signs are dummy.They put random signs all over the streets about properties they don't have. For both rent and sell.Customer Support is really bad. I tried calling them and asking on the website. Bots are just limiting my options of communication to filling a form for property that I can't find on their website.

I've used DJ Alexander's services for the past 3 years when I bought, rented out and recently sold my flat in Glasgow. For each service, I was very impressed with the proactive and responsive way in which the team and especially Catherine Bruce handled any queries I had. Buying or selling a property can be a long, arduous process (especially over lockdown) but Catherine made the process as simple as possible and communicated updates regularly to put me at ease. Overall, an excellent experience - I would highly recommend DJ Alexander!

Stephanie provided me with fantastic information and guidance on the process of renting and general information on the area. Unfortunately the flat I viewed was not for me, however the information and guidance from Stephanie was outstanding. I would recommend DJ alexander to All.

GoogleBeen searching for help letting a Glasgow flat while I'm down south. Didn't hear anything when I used their forms but once I emailed directly I got a response straight away from Aaron. Aaron was incredibly helpful, friendly, and responsive and he assisted me in arranging viewing appointments long-distance. I definitely recommend getting in touch with him if you need special arrangements for viewings.
