Disappointing, very unprofessional and unfriendly. I believe they don't know how to run property agency, they should take as many applicants as they could, however they didn't. Definitely do not recommend landlords to make contract with this company, because they make decisions not instead of landlords.

I have reported last Friday I have no hot water. Is still not fixed, every day different story and pack of lies. I have been advised yesterday and today to contact the contractor to come back in. Is it my job to contact the contractor or Countrywide’s? This a total joke. The way I’m treated by Countrywide is absolutely disgraceful and unprofessional. Is it because I’m female of foreign? I know for a fact to get something fixed takes sometimes over the month. Shame on you guys.

I've used Countrywide (West End) to find a new tenant for a recently vacated property. Not only did they find one within a week but when illness prevented them from taking up the property they found another with a further couple of weeks. The tenant has turned out to be pleasant, reliable and good at looking after our flat. I was kept informed all throughout and a potentially stressful time was extremely well managed. I will certainly continue to use Countrywide.

I used the Kersland St office when I was moving from the East End to the West End of Glasgow. It was very close to the festive period and I had a limited time to find a flat for my new job. The staff here not only found me a wonderful, affordable, flat on Kew Terrace but they also ensured all of my paperwork was clearly defined and collected without pressure or confusion. The move in was hassle-free and they were always on hand to answer questions or provide contact with my new Landlord when I had concerns. They have been an absolutely fantastic agency to deal with and the West End staff were incredibly helpful leading up to, and ultimately with, my moving in. I have been fortunate that no problems have ever arisen in my time here so my contact with them since then has been very limited. However, in my final few weeks at Kew Terrace I know they will still be offering the same fantastic level of service. It has been a wonderful experience and when I come to rent (or buy) in the future I will certainly be looking towards this Countrywide Scotland Lettings office.

Currently have my property managed by the girls at Countrywide Lettings and they have been nothing short of great! I recently moved to England for work and had to move out of my current property and with a sale not looking likely I thought I would try renting for the first time. The manager in the office explained everything to me over the phone and Rachel came out to have a chat with me that reaally put me at ease from the word go. In fact the girls have taken care of everything for me and have kept me informed throughout the entire lettings process. I advertised my property with them in November and was surprised when I received a phone call from one of the girls to tell me that they had let my property in just two weeks and that a tenant was to move in before Xmas! The experience so far has been great and I would not hesitate to recommend the office to any of my friends and family. Thanks girls!!!
