GoogleFirst contact great then a little clarity needed from Clyde re being kept up to date and response to emails, but then very good. Being made to feel you as the client are the priority and not the other way round is very important.

GoogleAfter a long search and lots of disappointment we found our dream home through Clyde. The team helped us secure a viewing quickly and were amazing when it came to making an offer. They struck the perfect balance of supporting their client (the vendor) and helping us secure the home we were desperate for at a price we could afford- something not all agencies can do. I can wholeheartedly say that if we were ever looking to sell (unlikely) then Clyde would be our choice of agency, without question.

GoogleIf you want honesty and clear communication, DEFINITELY don't choose Clyde Property. If you want a response when logging issues with your rented accommodation, DEFINITELY don't choose Clyde Property. If you don't fancy the words 'condensation' and 'mould' being explained to you in a condescending tone by qualified scientists at Clyde Propeterty's front desk, then, DEFINITELY don't choose this bunch. If you want your £2k deposit back as they 'chance their arm' whilst trying to keep the whole lot, DEFINITELY don't choose Clyde Property. On a positive note: if you're a mug and are happy to pay extortionate rent with no support choose Clyde Property.

GoogleExcellent support provided by the Shawlands team in selling our flat in Oatlands. The feedback provided by David was regular and comprehensive so we never felt that we were in the dark. Also appreciated the information contained in the Clyde web portal to track the viewings. We definitely chose the right agent when we went with Clyde Property.

GoogleFrom the get go Clyde Property we’re on point. Richy’s visit to the property, knowledge and organisation made getting on the market to sell easy. David along with the staff in the office made viewings and communication seamless. The online portal where you can view everything from viewing times, comments and offers was easy to use and handy. All in all the process from start to finish was stress free, and I would highly recommend anyone looking to sell to use them.

GoogleWe picked Clyde Shawlands because of the photos and video they provide being superior to the competition. My initial contact was Gavin who came across as honest and trustworthy which was very important, he introduced me to our point of contact Jenny. Over the years we've bought and sold over 20 properties experiencing various highs and lows through lots of agents, we found Jenny to be an excellent negotiator, one of the best we've dealt with, who had very good communication skills and always provided prompt feedback on the 23 viewers over the 2 week period from the start to closing date. We would definitely use Clyde again and are happy to recommend them to anyone looking for an agent to act on their behalf.

GoogleClyde knew what they were doing. They know the southside of Glasgow well, and marketed our flat for sell appropriately. The adverts/videos etc., were very professional and they organised the viewings according to our availability. Our flat sold for way more than we would have expected (though that's partially to do with the market innit?). If you're in Glasgow, definitely go with Clyde.
