Everything just fell in to place and the process of selling my property was made very easy. Fantastic communication and they found a buyer within a week of going on the market. From our first conversation their was a clear plan of action. Advertising, viewing’s and feedback of the property were done efficiently. This quickly followed to agreeing a closing date/time and the acceptance of an offer to purchase. GoogleClyde Property handled the sale of my Mum's flat in March/April of 2019. Throughout the process, Clyde demonstrated a high degree of competence, were very responsive to all of our questions, and kept us well informed throughout. The marketing video that was produced was excellent. In particular, Stefan and Emma were exceptional. 5-stars for Clyde. You won't be disappointed if you use them for your sale. Updated February 2022: My mum used Clyde again and the end result was the same as above. This time around Emma and Aisling handled the sale. Both are exceptional practicioners and I highly recomment them and Clyde Property for your house sales or purchases.

GoogleHaving recently sold my flat with Clyde I cannot recommend them highly enough! I decided to sell when lockdown was lifted, Clyde were exceptionally quick to appraise, get photos and get it marketed. The communication for all of the above was fantastic! An added bonus was ‘My Clyde’ where I could see at a glance what had been happening with my property if I had missed an update call/voicemail left. Nothing was ever too much bother and I was really happy with the service. Their professionalism, dedication and skill are second to none and I would recommend all day long! Fees were very reasonable in comparison to others and I was happy to sign up with them. Would happily use again if I were selling another property.

GoogleFrom the very first meeting of a member of staff from Clyde until the property sold, the service from Clyde has exceeded our expectations. Our initial meeting was with Gavin who provided us with all the information we required to make an informed decision about what Clyde could offer to assist with the selling of our property. We had another company to allow us to compare services. Even although the company's costs were slightly less, we felt Gavin's service delivery far outshone the other company which was more important to us. The expert photographic/video & marketing material was produced to a very high standard and presented the property extremely well. On my visit to the Branch to sign some paperwork I found the staff all to be friendly and well presented in their appearance. It also appeared that there was a nice working relationship between them ie a nice pleasant atmosphere. My contact throughout the sale process was Emma, who in any of the regular contact was a true professional. Emma presented herself as an efficient, knowledgeable, informative, reassuring, realistic and patient professional. Emma also updated the online log after every communication with either prospective buyers or myself. I found this extremely helpful, especially when I wasn't available to take a call from her. When Emma was on holiday for 2 weeks she had been proactive in providing an excellent handover to ensure that her colleague Joyce was able to provide a seamless service which was very reassuring that the same standard of service was provided during this time. Any time I called the branch, every person who answered the telephone, did so in a very efficient and professional manner and I was never kept waiting any length of time to speak with anyone. However, if they weren't available, I was always given clear information of when they would be available or would call me back. Having dealt with other Estate Agents in the past, and having a clear expectation of what I envisaged good level of service would look like, I can say that the Clyde Property Shawlands Branch delivered a level of service that was faultless. I am a satisfied customer and would most certainly recommend them.

GoogleHave been using Clyde for property management on my portfolio for a few years now. I have always found them to be professional, efficient and courteous in their dealings we me and my tenants. Would highly recommend them for looking after your rental properties. They do a great job of looking after the property, landlord needs and also the tenants concerns. They are very proactive in ensuring that all license and landlord responsibilities are covered. A recent thanks to Craig and Hillary for all their hard work.

GoogleGavin visited my (previous) flat in April this year to give a free valuation, with Clyde having sold my wife's past flat in the same area last year. I went with Clyde to sell my flat, going to closing date within a fortnight and selling not only for greater than the 'offers over' price but also greater than home report value. I felt in capable, professional, secure hands with Clyde along the way. From the first visit to signing the initial paperwork, and beyond, Clyde handled it all smoothly. Emma was appointed to handle the sale of the flat. Every time she phoned me or I phoned her, she was nothing but friendly, professional, informative, and helpful. She guided the viewings and the ultimate closing of the flat well, and without hitch. Certainly, I also spoke to varied other members of the team during the process when booking/arranging viewings, etc. I apologise to them that I cannot remember all of their names, but again I was always met with a professional service, and felt in confident hands at each step. The incorporation of the 'MyClyde' web-page was also a great way for me to keep track of things, and the photos/video you had organised of the flat were so good and promoted the flat well. The buyer was hooked on the marketing of the flat achieved by Clyde, and within a week had already viewed the flat twice and was talking about offers! From the early stages it looked like things were going to closing. And now, we are happy in our new home, with the equity from the flat making the buying process so much easier, and are looking forward to growing our family there. GoogleI have been with Clyde Property Shawlands for a few years now as they look after two rented properties of mine. Over that time I have had excellent service from all staff but particularly Hilary and Joyce who deal with rentals. They have always kept me informed of what is happening and nothing is too much trouble for them. They have also been very quick in finding a new tenant. The care and attention they take in looking after my property is excellent giving me very full reports every two months. Communication is also first rate with any issues that arise as I am consulted immediately. Very helpful and friendly staff all round. Thank you.

GoogleI viewed several properties with Clyde and both estate agents I dealt with in person were wonderful! They put me at ease with their knowledge and they answered any and all questions I had. As a first time buyer, the market can feel like a minefield but Clyde is a good place to start for quality service. Clyde allowed me to book a second viewing on the property I ultimately ended up making an offer on and I couldn't be happier with it.

We had found ourselves in the unfortunate position of having an extremely tight timescale to put our flat on the market and get it sold. From organising the survey, getting photos and film produced, to organising viewings, the service was excellent at every stage. Communications were easy, prompt, and informative so you felt fully supported with the process. This was very important to us as it was our first time selling a property on the market.
