GoogleImpressed from start to finish. Saw what Clyde were doing when we were initially viewing properties for purchasing and were impressed with the style, tone and marketing of the properties as well as the ease of organising viewings etc. Although we didn't buy through Clyde we still decided to sell with them and right from the initial valuation, everything was faultless. The price was set attractively, interest was immediate and all viewings were organised and shown through Clyde. The team offered good advice throughout and our property eventually went to closing and we accepted a perfect offer! Thank you Clyde team for all you did!

The adverts/videos etc., were very professional and they organised the viewings according to our availability. Our flat sold for way more than we would have expected (though that's partially to do with the market innit?). If you're in Glasgow, definitely go with Clyde.

GoogleCan't recommend Clyde Property Shawlands Branch highly enough. They were superb when it came to selling my Flat on the South Side. They really understand sellers and purchasers needs and help pull together all the moving parts that are involved in selling property. They kept my well informed throughout and the people managing the diaries in terms of viewings etc were superb. I also really liked having access to my own wee profile that detailed all the property details including a full schedule of viewings and the follow up information.

GoogleI can’t thank the staff of the Clyde Shawlands office enough, they did an incredible job, from Gavin doing the initial valuation through to the closing date and sale. From the moment my flat went on the market I was inundated with viewers thanks to the clever online marketing. The video presentation was a fantastic addition and the brochure was well presented.
I took advice from Emma who handled the sale of my property, I felt comfortable in the knowledge that she knew the market inside out and was on hand to talk about any queries I might have, not to mention the huge workload she had to get through.
The “MyClyde” app was fantastic, it meant I could see the names of all the viewers, what times they were coming and any notes of interest and offers being made. This meant the whole process was completely transparent, I felt like I was up to speed with everything. The icing on the cake was the flat sold in one week, 35 offers and 36 percent over the home report value! It definitely pays to go with the professionals. Outstanding.

Gavin took the time to go through the whole process with me, what I should expect, how it would work and actually in doing so, convinced me that Clyde actually cared about not only listing my property but getting the best price for me.
Emma at the office was my day to day contact and couldnt have been more helpful - answered my emails promptly and called me every morning after viewings with an update.
Went to closing and achieved a very good deal.
Its only a shame that they will have to carry me out my next home in a box, because I wouldnt hesitate to use Clyde in the future, or recommend them.

GoogleClyde Property may have better reviews here that are genuine, however, I can only speak from my own experience, which is that they are unprofessional time wasters.
They cancelled my appointment for valid non-logistical reasons which is acceptable, however what is not acceptable is waiting until 4.5 hrs prior to the appointment to tell me this and cancel when the appointment had been booked weeks in advance.
I had arranged my work schedule to accommodate their appointment, so to be contacted at such short notice to cancel for reasons that were known well in advance is shoddy and disrespectful. When companies cannot get the basics right then, personally speaking, it does make me question their ability to get other things right.

They produced good photos, video and descriptive text for the property. This marketing together with mailing their existing list of interested people produced a fair number of viewings. An acceptable verbal offer was secured within a week of going public, just two and a half weeks from our initial call to them.
