A Big Thank you to Jeff and the Shawlands Team for the best advise and assistance in buying and selling property. Having the Clyde experience and guiding hands it made both processes easier. I sold in 9 days and was overwhelmed by the interest from buyers. Using The street app was great as I had instant up to date information making the calls from Clyde just specific to what was needed to be discussed. Kieran from Shawlands office was my negotiator , he was on the same wavelength at all times and we concluded a great sale. I would highly recommend the Clyde Team a fun and professional crew .

Recently sold my property with Clyde, They came out same day for the initial valuation viewing and brought evidence of other properties in the area to help estimate sale price. Kerr was brilliant! I wanted to get my property on the market asap and within the week the surveyor and photographer had been out and all I needed to do was approve the listing. So easy for me. Their viewing management app made it so easy to track viewings. My property was only up for sale for a week and a half and I went to closing within a week. They made it so easy managing my buyers as there were issues with my purchase through a separate estate agents. Kieran was great at helping me deal with the mess so it didn’t jeopardise the sale. Highly recommend using Clyde.

I honestly cannot recommend Clyde Property (Shawlands), and Jeff in particular, highly enough. From start to finish, the entire experience of selling my property was absolutely first-class. The marketing material was excellent. Fantastic photography and drone footage. They also managed to achieve a price considerably higher than a competitor quoted. I would have given 5 star, but there were just a few things bringing it down. It took an extra week from photos to going on market. (As later in season may have been stronger market that week earlier). We had to check the web page they gave us to check if we had viewings as nobody called. Jeff was excellent, but he raised our expectations. He initially thought we would achieve a certain value, (which was accurate), but later made us feel confident we would achieve quite a bit more. Overall though, I think the results Clyde achieved were likely to be around the best we could have achieved.

If you are considering selling a property in the Southside, take my advice and use Clyde. Initially I used another local estate agent & received a sub par service. Thinking I could do better, I engaged Clyde, not only was the outcome over 20% better, but we got to a closing date with 40+ viewings in 2 weeks. The technology, staff and marketing was far superior. I do not let with Clyde Property nor have I ever rented. I am writing this review as I had a situation with one of their staff today named Paul. Paul was at the wrong address this morning. Paul was at my front door when he was looking for a neighbour. I explained to him he was at the wrong address, that his records were wrong, and that I own my own home. I explained he was looking for the flat across the hallway. Paul decided to argue with me and tried to force his way into my home. Paul did not apologise when it was clear he was in the wrong and was in fact trying to physically enter a property he had absolutely no right to enter. This was a random man off the street trying to come into my home. This is a frightening situation for any woman. I subsequently phoned the office to report this behaviour and received no apology for the behaviour, only for their records being incorrect. Judging by the fact Paul completely deflated like a burst balloon when my husband returned home, and gave Paul the exact same information I did, can only guess that in this instance Paul likes to throw his considerable weight around when he thinks women live alone. Completely unacceptable misogynistic and threatening behaviour for a letting agency. EDIT: I am editing to add that when I attempted to put in a formal complaint I was fobbed off by the office, until my husband phoned and informed them we are reporting this attempted break in to the police.
