GoogleWe can’t thank MQEstate agents enough! We were recommended them by a neighbour who had used them. From the first phone call to the first meeting with Holly, we felt very confident, and it was like a breathe of fresh air, leaving the sale of our home to her. We had used Slater Hogg, and purple bricks, before, and that was a total waste of our time, and money. Both times the flat was on with them, we had to take it off from lack of interest. Not only does MQ, do all the viewings, they were so professional, constantly updating progress, and produced a very high standard of photography in brochure. Needless to say, our flat sold within a day of going on market! GoogleI was purchasing a property and Barry went out of his way after the first viewing on a Sunday to come back to the property later that day so I could view it again with a builder. The office staff were lovely to deal with to arrange viewings and collect keys. If I was selling my property, this is the kind of customer service I would want any potential buyers to receive. If I ever sell, I'll be instructing MQ Estate Agency.

GoogleWow, so this is my first ever experience of selling a house but I must say I had 2 estate agents come to view the place, the first wondered around the house for about 2 minutes then left and seemed to be un contactable, and then Barry from MQ Estate Agency showed up! He carefully looked about the house admiring all its quirky intricacies and then took the time over a coffee to sit for a half hour chat about the whole process making it very simple and in layman's terms which was hugely appreciated, not to mention his amazing shirt and dress sense over his lovely demeanour. And then there is Holly, our 'sales agent' and my main point of contact throughout the whole process - apart from Barry whom stepped in to do viewings, always looking immaculate and giving me a total run down of his thoughts and feelings after every viewing. Holly is amazing, I don't think she ever sleeps. She is full of helpful advice, always a chirpy cheery disposition, and seems to be able to text you updates 24 hours a day when anything you need to know comes up. She also goes out of her way to follow up leads and get your place sold in about 3 seconds as well as being a font of knowledge and very forthcoming on anything you may need to know. GoogleComing from a pretty bad experience involving another “estate agent in Glasgow City Centre”, me and my wife were led to believe our flat in Merchant City would not sell. After doing some research I came across MQ Estates purely by coincidence and was astonished to see 140 plus 5-star ratings from different people who all had nothing but good words for this business. Holly’s professionalism enthused us with confidence that there is hope our property would sell when it came on the market. We being bruised by our previous experience were cautiously optimistic as well. Within 2 days we had an offer and the sale is going through. Holly and her team need to be congratulated on the speed that this whole thing unfolded much to our complete surprise. She backed up her amazing communication, negotiation skills, and understanding of the market with results. In an environment where normally you see a lot of complacency, ambivalence from bigger established estate agents, we saw agility, situational awareness and positive results all due to Holly and the team’s amazing work ethic. We were kept informed via text, email and found our property on all the right portals and placed at the correct price point for a successful sale. And when it came to negotiating the offer for us, there was a very motivating attitude, which concluded with a very good result for us. We have nothing but amazing and positive things to say about Holly and everyone at MQ Estates who have turned this situation from a cautious negative to a roaring positive. She is akin to a good doctor you see in the emergency department. Precise, clinical and thinks two steps ahead for the best optimal outcome. We could not have wished for anyone better and whole heartedly recommend their services to anyone and suggest anyone in a buying / selling situation give MQ a serious consideration. Holly was professional, approachable and provided me with all of the guidance and information I required. The process of buying and selling property is an anxiety provoking one but Holly put me at ease with her continued support and reassurance. Her communication was second to none and she went above and beyond to keep me updated on all aspects of the sale. My house was sold within a week of being on the market and that was a result of the proactive and able services of MQ. I will certainly be using their services in the future should I ever need to do so.

Holly was on point and has delivered. She has been available whenever I wanted to talk to her and continuously provided me with updates and progress of viewings including feedback. Holly also assisted me with ensuring the property was up to standard prior to it being photographed and the home report evaluation. A fantastic service and I would highly recommend MQ to anyone. I would also like to add that prior to selling the property MQ were responsible for letting it out. Richard Stapley and Jenny Chuwen over the years have also been excellent in supporting me with regular financial statements, maintaining the property to ensure it met legal standards and advising me when additional work may have been required. MQ made the entire journey seamless, from the first phone call enquiring about packages available to the final phone call informing my partner and I that our property had sold and for more than we could have hoped for and all within the week. Barry was excellent at providing us with an evaluation and taking viewings on her behalf, he certainly knows the marker well; Mary did an outstanding job at making our property look beautiful- such a great eye for detail- and Holly kept us informed of every decision made and guided us through the steps. I informed Barry on his arrival to value my property, despite not getting any business from my house sale, M&Q still did the free valuation and gave me invaluable advice , they arranged a Home report for me, and Holly guided me through that. GoogleIf it was possible to leave a rating higher than 5 stars, I would! Cannot fault my experience with MQ at all. Holly and the team have been absolutely fantastic, cannot recommend them enough! The photos Mary took of the property were fantastic, Richard was really helpful with liaising with my lodgers and arranging for a handiman to do a few touch ups prior to putting the flat on the market. My flat was on the market so quickly, and within less than five days, I had sold! Holly was so great to deal with, and responded really quickly whenever I contacted her, and promptly kept me informed of any progress. She was an absolute pleasure to work with. The team totally have your best interests at heart, and I would always use them in the future. Thanks MQ for making what I thought would be a stressful process, so straightforward!
