I am just in the process of finalising my purchase through MQ, Holly was great from initial inquiry, promptly arranging a viewing and keeping me up to date with the status. Barry showed me around the property, made it welcoming and answered any questions. Overall great experience!

Very professional from start to finish. MQ sold two flats for me within two weeks. Garry was very proactive, taking pictures of the outside garden and buildings, on our first meeting because it was sunny. None of the other estate agents who came to value on the same day thought of that. The photographs and narratives for both flats were excellent. Holly again was very professional and cheerful, keeping me up to date almost on a daily basis and giving sound advice. Achieved more than expected on both flats. I would highly recommend and use again.

MQ provided an excellent service, from the very first time Barry visited us, through to the sale of the property, with the assistance of Holly. We would have no problem in recommending MQ Estate Agents, they are very friendly and professional. We were delighted our home received an offer within 6 days of going on the market. Thanks to Barry as our initial point of contact, for his assistance at viewings and putting my parents at ease, also to Holly for her professionalism with viewing arrangements and offer, and not forgetting Rory for the brilliant photography, our home looked lovely for the brochure, all a perfect professional team! I had a very positive experience with MQ. I was apprehensive about going through the selling process for the first time but I was reassured from the start. Property sold within a month and for a price I was delighted with. I was kept up to date throughout the process and genuinely cannot fault any aspect of the service I received. Special thanks to Barry and Holly who I mostly dealt with for their very professional and friendly approach.

Completely disorganised with no regard for clients

Completely incompetent when arranging viewings. We had an appointment to view a property an hours drive from where we were staying. 10 minutes before the appointment we received a call to make the meeting 30 minutes later. At the agreed time we arrived at the property but noone was there. Waited another 10 minutes then phoned to see what was happening. Told it would be at least another 20 minutes. So the agent was over an hour late. Due to the delay we had to cancel 2 further viewings! Completely useless ! Don't waste your time trying to buy or rent from this company. Totally disorganised and no regard for their clients

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!! The boiler in my house broke with a SEVERE gas leak with the risk of the boiler exploding. The agent said the technician will be over on Monday 2 weeks ago. Honestly it is such a danger with the kids especially. WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD
