Lynn arranged the viewings and got feedback from everyone who viewed the property and checked in daily to explain where we were. I got an offer quickly for valuation which I accepted. I was very happy with the service I received from MQ estate agents and would happily recommend them.

GoogleThe service I received from family-run MQ was fabulous from start to finish. Their approach is that if they can go above and beyond for you, then why on earth wouldn't they? Selling property is their business but taking care of the best interests of their clients - both sellers and buyers - is their passion, and they exemplify the finest practice that their sector can offer. Deserving of a really special mention is Lynn. If you're fortunate enough to have her representing you, looking after you, checking that everything is going as smoothly as possible for you throughout the process, you will thank your lucky stars. I thank mine that I chose MQ - my experience with them simply could not have been better.

GoogleWe've had our property on the market with MQ Estate Agency for more than 2 years. We just put it on the market and Covid happened. We were selling in Aberdeen and now finally sold. We've had great support from them throughout our time with them. Calls have always been supportive and positive. Once it was looking to sell they have been very professional and supportive. We've tried many agents over the past 9 years and MQ Estate Agents were by far the most pleasant to deal with. Didn't stop trying and somehow they kept pushing it out to the market. Excellent service and many thanks, I will miss our cheery calls.

GoogleI first contacted MQ after seeing a similar house in my estate going up for sale and a week later I seen it was under offer. I also checked out the reviews online that made me even more confident to appoint them to sell my house. They didn't disappoint! The whole experience from the start to my house selling in just under 2 weeks was top class. A shout to Barry who showed all the viewer's around my house whilst I had a Costa(Thankyou Barry) and the lovely Lynn who kept me updated every day, not forgetting Mary the photographer who took amazing professional pictures of my home.From the bottom of my heart I cannot thank you all enough. GoogleI couldn’t agree more with the other five star reviews of MQ. Holly, Barry and Lynn have all been excellent. They are friendly, helpful, efficient and professional. I felt I could leave the process of selling completely in their hands without needing to chase anything or worry about what was happening. This is a huge advantage when there are so many other matters to attend to. MQ show how an Estate Agent can and should look after their clients. This small company really know how to market a property and I can recommend them without reservation.

Holly showed excellent communication and customer service and was a pleasure to deal with throughout. Mary did an amazing job with the photos and video and marketed it superbly. Barry did all the viewings with potential buyers and dealt with this aspect very professionally. I couldn't recommend MQ Estate Agents highly enough. It was a simple and stress free process due to their diligence, professionalism and support throughout.

They are not worth 1 Star. We paid them £2,900 in advance, after being assured of our money back by Barry Chuwen. It has never materialised, he kept our cash. No phone answered on his mobile or his side-kick Holly. We are 2 pensioners and they have stolen almost £3,000. Please be very careful. Hes a crook as far as I'm concerned. I hope he reads these reviews and returns the cash.
