GoogleGreat experience with this estate agency would definitely recommend to anyone if yous are looking to buy/sell or even have an valuation , I had so much help from this agency when renting out my property they made me feel valuable in many ways and had no worries as I knew my property was in good hands. Overall the best agency I have ever came to and I am happy with my experience.

GoogleI’ve been looking to buy a property and MQ Estate agents were very helpful in setting up a viewing that suited me, where I met Barry(hope I remembered his name correctly) who showed me around the property I was interested in. I views the property and made a subsequent offer, which was accepted on a Saturday after Holly relayed between myself and the seller. Such a great experience! I’d definitely recommend them to anyone.

From the first day Barry arrived at our home, there was only going to be one estate agent for us (MQ estate agents) Nothing was too much for him in helping us. Them there’s Holly (in office) called us almost every day to keep us up to date on what was happening. If you’re looking to sell your property, then look no further. Truly OUTSTANDING!!!

I wish I could leave a 0 star for this rubbish company. DO NOT USE MQ AS YOUR AGENCY COMPANY. When you have a interest to sell your house, they will pretend they are very helpful and nice, they also keep mentioning about they are opening for 7 days so it's their advantage compare to other company and with all the strong word to convince you to choose them to represent you. BUT I have been waiting for my money back for over half year, no matter I call, text or email, as long as it's not something they can gain profit, they will treat you like nothing. Seriously there are so much choices, Do Not Use MQ!

GoogleFirst time seller, so I was not fully aware of the process of selling my flat. Barry, Lynn, Holly & team were excellent and extremely helpful. They ensured I was informed throughout the entire process and answered any questions I had. My flat sold in under a week, for more than I expected. I will use MQ when I sell my next home in the future, and would highly recommend them.

Barry and Holly know the Glasgow market inside out and Mary that did the photos, video and advertising did a tremendous job. 5* customer service and recommend to anyone looking to sell/buy in Glasgow.

GoogleI am delighted with the service MQ has provided while selling my flat in Glasgow. I was really nervous as I had never sold before and needed guided through the process but the team at MQ made the whole process so easy and quick for me, from initial contact with the lovely Holly, home visit from Barry who was fab and so knowledgeable, to great photo and brochure from Mary and being always kept in the loop as to progress with viewings and offers by Megan who is so lovely and reasurring, everyone is so professional and went above and beyond for me. In particular the communication was amazing and fast. MQ conducted all my viewings and got an amazing price for my flat within 12 days of being on the market. I'm so glad I went with MQ and will definitely use them again when we sell our other property in West Lothian. Thank you so so much to all the team, you are all stars!

GoogleCannot recommend this company enough! Barry phoned me one evening after I had made a general enquiry about the price of my property and came out at a really convenient time for me. He really took his time to understand the property and valued it at 10k more than the previous agent who had been, also took the time to advise me on my new property. We payed a fixed fee and Mary came round to do the photos which turned out gorgeous and definitely helped us to sell fast. Holly couldn’t have been more helpful, she was available at all times via email and replied every time I emailed within the hour. We sold our home in less than a week for well over home report! Thank you MQ team ♥️

Some absolutely lovely people who were genuinely delighted to be helping me with my purchase of my first home, and who celebrated probably more than I did when I found out my offer had been accepted! They were so helpful and communicated with me very well, and kept me up to date with everything I needed to know. Would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future!

GoogleI randomly chose MQ Estate Agents to help me either rent or sell my flat in Glasgow and was introduced to Holly. What can I say about Holly - she is young women who is obviously passionate about the local property market and after several discussions I put my flat up for sale with MQ. Within 1 week I had 14 viewings and accepted an offer after my flat was on the market for 1 week. Prior to signing up with MQ Holly advised me that she was convinced the flat would sell and achieve a good price and she was spot on so obviously knows her business well. Holly also impressed me by keeping in touch with me to ensure I was updated on the progress of viewings and her cheery manner ensured these phone calls were fun. I should also say the sales packages were flexible to suit different peoples circumstances and the online sales brochure were excellent in fact looked so good I could have made an offer on my own flat. In summary Holly deserves 5 stars and the MQ support team around her are also worth praise and recognition. I should also say my 12 year old daughter has obviously customised my profile name and picture but it’s nice.
