GoogleAll staff provided a professional service with competitive fees. I would not hesitate in recommending them to sell your property. We had 2 properties to sell and both were sold within a week. We were also given daily updates and they were always available to deal with any issues.

Their service to us as sellers was absolutely fantastic and I loved their approach to potential buyers as well. So organised, professional and really just want to do the best they can for you. Great marketing and there was always someone at the other end of the phone /email. No waiting around for replies or having to leave voicemails.

Google10/10 would recommend! This was by far the best decision we could have made when selling our property. The service we have received from every member that we've been in contact with has been second to none. I especially liked the personal approach taken by them in coming out to us personally to tell us more about them, show us some of the other properties in their portfolio and take the time to explain the options we have available when selling a property. We were kept updated on all offers and interests in the property and would even get an occasional phone call to discuss said offers and get advice on the right offers for us The whole process was incredibly quick but didn't substitute service for speed. GoogleUsing MQ to sell our house was absolutely the right choice, Initial contact was with Barry who was very professional and friendly and explained everything to us without using the usual jargon, Barry did all the viewings which was one less worry for us. We where given our own negotiator, Megan,she was amazing.Very friendly, reassuring and couldn't do enough for us,she was the point of contact for client enquiries and she was very prompt in relaying all information to us, she is a real gem and made this sale much less stressful for us. I am so pleased I chose them to sell for me! i can't recommend their service enough from my initial consultation / valuation with Barry, photographer Mary taking exceptional pictures making it look fantastic, to Holly negotiating and selling my property in under 24 hours! GoogleM Q Estate agents were great from start to finish, it took only 2 weeks from putting our flat in Glasgows Westend up for sale.They explained to us in detail the price options for the sale and we picked which one suited us. They did all the viewings and there was about 40, which saved us a lot of hassle. Thank you to all the staff who put our package together.

GoogleI have dealt with this Estate Agent twice now for selling my property in Glasgow and I cannot say I have had a better experience elsewhere. All of the staff were very knowledgeable about my area and assured me I would achieve a quick sale which in fact I did. My property sold in just 3 days with only 2 viewers and achieved over home report price. The team were outstanding they contacted on a daily basis and gave me regular updates. They also recommended a solicitor for me to use who was fantastic and made the process very easy. I would not use anyone else to sell my property but this company as the services was absolutely fantastic.

GoogleAs a prospective purchaser I was very surprised and pleased by the amount of cheerful help I was given by the staff at MQ estate agency. Without prompting they were always on top of the situation, knew who we were, what stage we were at, and always ready to offer help and advice. Having heard different opinions from various professionals about what was happening in the housing market in different parts of Glasgow at the moment (offer the market value / offer 10-15% more than the market value / offer 20% more than the asking price etc) it was a great relief to have clear advice about what was happening with the particular property we were interested in. After all, every house seller and buyer is different and that’s why knowing details about your clients and caring about the outcome is so important. I think this personal involvement with their service is what makes this agency noticeably different from the others. They couldn’t do such a good job if they didn’t enjoy it! Unfortunately we’d already sold out property by the time I came across the MQ estate agency, but if we hadn’t, we’d certainly have asked them to sell on our behalf. I therefore have no hesitation in recommending them and their helpful staff to sellers and buyers alike and I wish them and their future clients every success.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleWe are absolutely delighted with the professional service received from MQ estate agents! Garry's experience, expertise and confidence was our main reason for moving forward with MQ. He explained the process and immediately provided hands-on support, taking many pictures that provided excellent visuals of each room, whilst adding his own personal touch that I very much appreciated. Garry also drafted a very detailed description for the advert, which in my opinion has been instrumental in marketing our home to its true potential. Once on the market, Rory provided regular updates on client appointments. A special call out to Holly (negotiator) who called regularly to follow up, and has been instrumental in concluding the current accepted offer and ongoing support, as we move to close the sale. In summary; from the initial meeting with Garry and the support from Holly, this company have shown that they are an extremely professional, honest and supportive organisation! I have no hesitation in recommending MQ estate agents.

Highly recommend and will at every opportunity esp Holly who is nothing but genuine and eager to help no matter what and does keep updated with every matter but is respectful of times to contact. GoogleWas feeling very anxious about putting our home up for sale and moving as we hadn’t moved in over a decade, how things have changed! From the very first telephone call with Holly and our meeting with Barry we felt really comfortable, they were amazing, really putting our minds at rest!!!
