GoogleHolly and the team have been great to deal with for marketing and selling our flat. We didnt expect to sell as quickly and we put that down to MQ and the team. Professional and helpful at all times, marketing pics, vids and viewing were excellent. The comms have been great, we were kept upto date with viewings and outcomes. Very friendly and approachable team who have helped us sell our property quickly and seamlessly from survey to sale. Highly recommended.

GoogleI wanted to let out my flat long term and arranged a telephone consultation with this team at 1pm. After 10 minutes of not hearing anything from them at the allotted time, I rang the office to be told the estate agent is in viewings but will be done at 1.30pm (no contact from them to inform me of this). I missed out on work meeting to attend this consultation and I didn’t hear anything from them until 6.30pm where I was left a voicemail asking me about the “property I was interested in selling”. Not what I wanted the consultation for. Using the excuse of being busy to an nhs worker like myself, is a complete joke. I would advise people to read the trustpilot reviews as they are verified, unlike these google reviews. Maybe I caught them on a bad day but very confusing how there are SO many good reviews when they appear to be so disorganised. I won’t be using them. Luckily I found 2 other agents in Glasgow within the allotted time I had carved out of my day for MQ, who called me straight away and arranged a property viewing there and then. I’m usually not someone that leaves reviews, let alone bad ones, but my experience yesterday left me feeling very disappointed, especially when you are putting your trust into a company like this.
Hi Stephanie, We are sorry you suffered an inconvenience that day. Our director, Barry did call you, it was later than expected as the day had become extremely busy. He has apologised and offered to make a donation to your charity of choice or he could have given you a heavily discounted management fee. It's a shame you couldn't oversee some human error and felt the need to leave such a damning review. We wish you well on your lettings journey.

GoogleCompletely incompetent when arranging viewings. We had an appointment to view a property an hours drive from where we were staying. 10 minutes before the appointment we received a call to make the meeting 30 minutes later. At the agreed time we arrived at the property but noone was there. Waited another 10 minutes then phoned to see what was happening. Told it would be at least another 20 minutes. So the agent was over an hour late. Due to the delay we had to cancel 2 further viewings! Completely useless ! Don't waste your time trying to buy or rent from this company. Totally disorganised and no regard for their clients
Dear Neil, We are sorry that we had to change the time of your viewing. It is something we try to avoid at all costs. As explained when we called 30 minutes before the viewing, we had to go into Ayr town centre to collect the keys as the surveyor hadn't posted them to us as expected, we then advised we would be there at 11.30am. Traffic held us up for 10-15 minutes. We were there to show you round but you advised you couldn't wait as you were going to Loch Lomond for the day. We do apologise for any inconvenience, but we did everything we could to get there to show you round but you chose not to wait. If you would like to arrange another viewing please do call us anytime as we are open 7 days a week, from 8am till late. Thanks MQ

GoogleExcellent service from MQ resulting in a very quick sale above valuation. Barry and Holly are charming and professional and any minor niggles were dealt with promptly. Barry did our viewings , which took away the stress and Holly kept in touch all the time. It was always easy to get hold of Holly, and if she was unavailable, she phoned you back immediately. A great wee team, efficient and friendly.

Barry, the director of MQ is “hands on”in his business.He carries out all viewings himself, giving reassurance to the customer that this isn’t a “has been”Estate Agency living on past performances, like so many out there. C’mon, the DIRECTOR carries out the viewings, (not his staff), so he’s close at hand should he be needed. This isn’t the first time Barry has represented me, I like his energy, his confidence and commitment as if he was buying or selling his own home. Very easy to deal with, phone him any time and he will answer, trust me from experience. Anytime. A fantastic negotiator, negotiated £35k over the asking price when I was happy with a further 20k. MQ also have some fantastic deals on selling property, saving on average £1,500 compared to the other estate agents. I was happy with that. Also offered virtual tour of the townhouse, drone pictures from an arial vantage point which looked stunning in the schedule. Holly, who runs MQ office, is flawless. Always on the ball, regular updates, fantastic communication skills and all credit is hers for drafting the schedules and meticulously preparing descriptions of same. I’ve bought and sold a few properties with various Estate agents however this MQ Team works hand in glove, as I now use only MQ. Such fantastic, focussed and dedicated individuals. Please don’t make the mistake of going with the “has been” Estate Agents. Too many hidden charges!!! Give this outfit a call…what have you got to lose. If there were 6 stars, that’s what I’d submit.

I dealt with M Q Estate Agents and Barry Chuwen & I was extremely disappointed. From the start, his approach raised serious red flags. Despite repeated requests, I never received a legal home report or EPC, viewed the property despite this. After the viewing they still refused to send them. Communication was rude, and several statements were false. I was asked to pay far more than the advertised price and I genuinely felt I could have lost a lot of money. The whole experience felt dishonest and unsettling. I strongly caution anyone considering this agency.

GoogleA huge thank you to the agents at MQ for your kindness, regular communication and taking stress out of buying property in Glasgow. I couldn't be happier about our experience with MQ Estate Agents. As the current market in Glasgow is so competitive, it is extremely difficult as a buyer to navigate and feel heard when you speak with agents because ultimately you are one of many. From the minute our chosen property went online I was in regular contact with Holly, she spent time and listened to me and helped me secure our dream home after searching for so long and being constantly disappointed. It was worth it now and MQ just made the whole process much more enjoyable. So grateful to Holly and the team on how they handled everything and to end this gruelling process on a high, thanks again!

Barry was informative and helpful during the initial valuation stage and left us with lots of useful materials to base our decision on. Then throughout the selling process, Holly was absolutely tremendous. GoogleI sold my first flat with MQ and can't recommend them enough. From an initial meeting with Barry, my property was on the market in 3 days, with a written offer accepted 5 days afterwards. The extended hours for viewings and Barry conducting the viewings himself made all the difference. Holly organised all the viewings and follow up calls so efficiently and kept me updated regularly. I would without a doubt sell with them again, I don't think you'd find better agents! Thank you both so much :)

GoogleI viewed a property listed with MQ Estate Agents earlier this week. I got an appointment quickly at the weekend which suited me best. The agent handling the viewings was friendly and professional, showed me round the property and gave me time to wander round in my own time, ensuring me there was no rush even when another viewer arrived. The property was exactly what I was looking for and I made a verbal offer a few days later which was accepted. I’ve been viewing several properties over the last month so have encountered a variety of agents and can say the attitude of an agent can influence viewers. MQ were excellent.

GoogleI’m not one to post reviews, but I am very grateful for Harvey who helped me today. I’m living in Aberdeen and don’t know Glasgow well. This gentleman went out of his way to make me feel less anxious and ultimately made me excited while showing me places suited for me. I highly suggest this company for finding a rental in Glasgow, I’m impressed, I spoke with five other letting agents before this!
