GoogleMQ assisted me in the sale of a flat in Glasgow. From the outset the whole team were very responsive, taking calls well out of hours (which I would not expect but was appreciated). Barry was very knowledgeable and provided valuable advice. Mary did a fantastic job with the pictures. Holly followed the process from when I accepted an offer (under 3 weeks from advertising the flat) to completion. Throughout I felt in safe hands and I appreciated the professionalism of the entire team, who clearly had at heart both my experience and that of the buyer too. Would recommend very highly and will definitely use if I ever sell a property again.

The turn around from start to finish was so quick with no time wasted to get things done such as photos, home report & being online. From my first meeting with Barry who was professional, enthusiastic and had outstanding knowledge of the local market/area he put me at ease and made my decision for who to progress with easy. They are always available and Holly is the most easy going, warm and approachable person to deal with; she kept me informed with the sale of my property daily. I was also blown away by the quality of the photos/videos produced which helped me secure a great offer at closing date within a week. If I’m ever selling again or recommending a friend you will be my first choice. Thank you all for your hard work.

Google"Unbelievable" is what i thought when looking for an estate agent to sell my flat and saw MQ with all 5 star reviews BUT having now experienced the MQ experience i can confirm Absolutely 5 star start to finish. From first meeting with Barry giving us advice on to rent or sell, surprised us with potential rental & sales value, gave us varying options / costs on how to manage rental or sale of the flat, absolutely no hidden costs. Fantastic advice on staging / prepping the flat for sale at minimum cost. Mary arrived and did a fantastic sales video and then Holly put it on the market. Holly was great kept us informed of all viewings had multiple viewings every other day with Barry meeting all potential buyers to show them around the flat. SOLD within 2 weeks FANTASTIC Several weeks later chain broke down BUT in jumps Holly, gave me option to temporary rent and got it straight back on the market, we had low expectations as Xmas period but Holly was managing to get a few viewings a week culminating in 3 interested parties within a month all bidding on closing day. They say moving home can be one of the most stressful things you do in life, apart from the chain breaking down which was no fault of MQ's this was actually stress free. Barry, Mary & Holly thank you for taking / guiding us through the journey of selling our property, you were Awesome

GoogleI recently made an offer on a house through MQ Estate Agents , and the whole experience was great. Holly dealt with me, she explained the whole process to me and kept me well informed. The whole process was excellent. Holly is very friendly and polite and made my experience more at ease and stress free. Right from the word go the service was outstanding, I wasn’t very confident our property would sell, however from my first meeting with Barry he reassured me we had nothing to worry and he was so right. Everything was so efficient, Mary the photographer what an amazing job she does😍. Holly was outstanding and on the ball with everything and just as excited as us which shows how passionate she is about her job and customer service and we also sold our property in 3 days🤩🤩🤩. GoogleIf you want your house sold and for the best price you can achieve, then MQ estate agents are the best in the game. Barry, Holly and the wider team worked relentlessly to achieve two fantastic offers for my two flats. Barry conducted countless viewings and probably visited the flats more than I have! From the initial instruction to the fantastic images and right through to the sale of the properties, MQ estates were with us along the way. Barry was available on call / email and always responded and never left me in the dark. The positive reviews speak for themselves. Cannot recommend them enough!

GoogleHolly and the team have been great to deal with for marketing and selling our flat. We didnt expect to sell as quickly and we put that down to MQ and the team. Professional and helpful at all times, marketing pics, vids and viewing were excellent. The comms have been great, we were kept upto date with viewings and outcomes. Very friendly and approachable team who have helped us sell our property quickly and seamlessly from survey to sale. Highly recommended.

GoogleI wanted to let out my flat long term and arranged a telephone consultation with this team at 1pm. After 10 minutes of not hearing anything from them at the allotted time, I rang the office to be told the estate agent is in viewings but will be done at 1.30pm (no contact from them to inform me of this). I missed out on work meeting to attend this consultation and I didn’t hear anything from them until 6.30pm where I was left a voicemail asking me about the “property I was interested in selling”. Not what I wanted the consultation for. Using the excuse of being busy to an nhs worker like myself, is a complete joke. I would advise people to read the trustpilot reviews as they are verified, unlike these google reviews. Maybe I caught them on a bad day but very confusing how there are SO many good reviews when they appear to be so disorganised. I won’t be using them. Luckily I found 2 other agents in Glasgow within the allotted time I had carved out of my day for MQ, who called me straight away and arranged a property viewing there and then. I’m usually not someone that leaves reviews, let alone bad ones, but my experience yesterday left me feeling very disappointed, especially when you are putting your trust into a company like this.

He has apologised and offered to make a donation to your charity of choice or he could have given you a heavily discounted management fee. GoogleCompletely incompetent when arranging viewings. We had an appointment to view a property an hours drive from where we were staying. 10 minutes before the appointment we received a call to make the meeting 30 minutes later. At the agreed time we arrived at the property but noone was there. Waited another 10 minutes then phoned to see what was happening. Told it would be at least another 20 minutes. So the agent was over an hour late. Due to the delay we had to cancel 2 further viewings! Completely useless ! Don't waste your time trying to buy or rent from this company. Totally disorganised and no regard for their clients

Dear Neil, We are sorry that we had to change the time of your viewing. It is something we try to avoid at all costs. As explained when we called 30 minutes before the viewing, we had to go into Ayr town centre to collect the keys as the surveyor hadn't posted them to us as expected, we then advised we would be there at 11.30am. Traffic held us up for 10-15 minutes. We were there to show you round but you advised you couldn't wait as you were going to Loch Lomond for the day. We do apologise for any inconvenience, but we did everything we could to get there to show you round but you chose not to wait. If you would like to arrange another viewing please do call us anytime as we are open 7 days a week, from 8am till late. Thanks MQ

GoogleExcellent service from MQ resulting in a very quick sale above valuation. Barry and Holly are charming and professional and any minor niggles were dealt with promptly. Barry did our viewings , which took away the stress and Holly kept in touch all the time. It was always easy to get hold of Holly, and if she was unavailable, she phoned you back immediately. A great wee team, efficient and friendly.

Barry, the director of MQ is “hands on”in his business.He carries out all viewings himself, giving reassurance to the customer that this isn’t a “has been”Estate Agency living on past performances, like so many out there. C’mon, the DIRECTOR carries out the viewings, (not his staff), so he’s close at hand should he be needed. This isn’t the first time Barry has represented me, I like his energy, his confidence and commitment as if he was buying or selling his own home. Very easy to deal with, phone him any time and he will answer, trust me from experience. Anytime. A fantastic negotiator, negotiated £35k over the asking price when I was happy with a further 20k. MQ also have some fantastic deals on selling property, saving on average £1,500 compared to the other estate agents. I was happy with that. Also offered virtual tour of the townhouse, drone pictures from an arial vantage point which looked stunning in the schedule. Holly, who runs MQ office, is flawless. Always on the ball, regular updates, fantastic communication skills and all credit is hers for drafting the schedules and meticulously preparing descriptions of same. I’ve bought and sold a few properties with various Estate agents however this MQ Team works hand in glove, as I now use only MQ. Such fantastic, focussed and dedicated individuals. Please don’t make the mistake of going with the “has been” Estate Agents. Too many hidden charges!!! Give this outfit a call…what have you got to lose. If there were 6 stars, that’s what I’d submit.
