GoogleAvoid this company. Rented a property from them, they were coming into the property when I was not present when it had already been agreed the inspections were set on different dates. You will be constantly lied to and charged extortionate prices while treated like they could not care less about the situation that you try to get them to sort out. It appears everyone that works for them has extremely poor communication skills.

Basically, they orally accepted our offer for one of their properties (with us and separately through our solicitor), then accepted a (slightly?) higher offer - without us even knowing until they told us that we had been gazumped. Unprincipled I'm afraid. Would literally not trust them.

GoogleHad rented a flat through this agency and branch. Had repairs reported and waited for half a year before they got someone to have a look at them. Had called and emailed multiple times and each time would get passed around 3 teams and no one owns up the task. Useless.

Just over a week until the keys were meant to be handed over, seemed like they had failed to read the terms of the offer properly. Had anything been done? Nope. Had they notified the sellers of the condition in the offer? Nope.

GoogleWas really pleased with Clyde Property. My flat was on the market at 6pm Tuesday. Over the next week we had over 40 viewers and it was sold the following Thursday for a very good price. Communication was excellent too, via the Clyde portal. Would thoroughly recommend.

The transition from letting to selling was seamless and I especially appreciated the effort made to keep me in the loop as a remote landlord/ seller. The material created for the sale was great and there were prospective buyers lined up the day the flat went on sale. Great service - highly recommended!
