From beginning to end the process of selling with Nicola and Clyde Property was first rate. The house went up for sale with glowing pictures and many commenting on that. We had an offer which was accepted and although Missives went through at the 11th hour this was not an estate agent issue. We have moved and the couple living in our old house are delighted. So many Thanks to Clyde Property and especially Nicola.

The Stirling branch of Clyde could not have done enough for us. House went for sale on 22nd April and sold on 14th May. Initial meeting with Derek sold it for us. And the team in the branch were very professional, helpful and kind, especially Carol. Couldn't recomend them more highly. :-)

After an increasingly exhaustive search for a home for myself and my children in Clarkston I was beginning to give up. After another knock back Marie in the Clarkston branch let me know about a home that was about to come on the market and two days later I had been able to put an offer in off market and secured the perfect home for my family. I cannot thank Marie for going above and beyond for me and with her knowledge of the area and the opportunities coming up she really is the best. 6 months on we are thriving in our new home which all down to Marie remembering me and what I was looking for - thank you

Very easy to raise any repairs or issues and they are dealt with very quickly and comprehensively with no fuss, this has been the case for the nearly three years I've been renting with them! Fernanda is a very responsive and helpful property manager!

Excellent service. Fernanda was really helpful as my portfolio manager when the boiler broke down soon after moving in. Never had dealt with a boiler before, but she was patient with me through out the process. Would recommend Clyde Property Clarkston to any renters.

Apart from arranging for us to view the property, this estate agent did absolutely nothing to further the purchase of this property. They did not make the offer correctly and the whole process was so very slow, they had no sense of urgency. As we were moving from England to Scotland, we asked for advice but we're not offered any and just told to ask the housebuilder. A month after we had had our offer accepted, someone from the estate agency rang us to ask if we could validate our id. A bit late I would suggest. We have managed to buy the house but with absolutely no input from the estate agent.

Clyde have represented us both buying and selling a few times now. All staff at the Shawlands branch are outstanding. Jenny and Jeff, in particular, understood our needs and goals well. At every stage we trusted their expertise and authority, which helped us secure a good offer on our place, and purchase, for us, our dream home in a wonderful location. The costs were manageable and realistic - nothing was over priced. When we found ourselves in a chain, the team kept us informed and worked extremely hard to reach the best outcome for all. Staff, moreover, are super warm and friendly - no question is too much. Can't recommend Clyde enough. Robert.

Horrible horrible company! Clyde property Clarkston Road, Glasgow Scotland. We lived in their property like proper adultsfor 18 months, took absolute care, they also sent us a message saying we were excellent tenants after saying they expected a fair wear and tear, but went ahead to want to charge a 920 pounds from my deposit.

To clarify, Clyde Property does not make the final decision regarding disputed deposit deductions. Your deposit is protected within a government approved Tenancy Deposit Scheme, and where there is a disagreement between a landlord and tenant regarding proposed deductions, the scheme provides an independent adjudication service that reviews the evidence submitted by both parties before making any decision. The figures referenced in your review represent the landlord's proposed claim and are not amounts that Clyde Property can deduct or award. We appreciate that disputes of this nature can be frustrating, particularly where there are differing views regarding the property's condition at check-out and responsibility for specific items. We understand that you believe certain items were pre existing and that you took good care of the property during your tenancy. Absolutely the worst service I’ve experienced. Extremely unprofessional. They booked a viewing for us and we travelled all the way from Edinburgh to Falkirk, only to be told the property had already been sold. No one informed us beforehand. When we called, they casually claimed they had “left a voicemail”, which is impossible because I don’t even have voicemail enabled. Completely dishonest and unacceptable behaviour.

From start to finish, Clyde were amazing! Everyone was so helpful and knowledgeable. We had encountered a problem when selling our house (we had been given the wrong information about a report) Although this problem was nothing to do with Clyde, Jenny went above and beyond to sort it out, for which we are forever grateful.

We recently went to view a property at Balvaird Crescent in Rutherglen listed by Clyde properties. It had been on the market for six weeks at that point. We had spoken to someone in the street who knew the owners and told us that, the owners were hopeful they would reach the home report price.We went to view the property and there was no power working upstairs and no light in the bathroom. There were signs of damp and a large gap in the tiles above the bathroom window which also suggested damp.The person conducting the viewing seemed ill informed and uninterested. We asked about our concerns to be told they'd take a note and someone would contact us the next day.Someone did, but only to ask if we wanted to put a bid in. Not to reply to our questions.Despite it being a project, and without any feedback back from the estate agent it had decent bones and was in teh area we were looking for so figured it was worth putting a bid in as a project house.Given the utter lack of communication from the estate agent and some concerns we did put a bid in at £5k under home report.The estate agents rejected this and said their client was looking for ten grand over home report. Given we'd spoken to a neighbour and knew what they were actually looking for this seemed a bit odd, but we went back at £5k over the home report.This was dismissed again with a story about a cash offer.I have subsequently spoken to someone in the industry who informed me that Clyde are notorious for this. Their pricing structure gives them a major financial boost to their fee if they get over home report price.As a result of this we formally withdrew both the bid and the note of interest, as we refuse to be held over a barrel by a company who have no interest whatsoever in replying to questions from potential buyers.If you are a potential buyer avoid them as they will just mess you around.As for this house. It has now been on the market for seven weeks with Christmas and the traditional market slowdown approaching, it is not listed as under offer which means the cash offer was eithe nowhere near what they claimed the buyer was wanting of simply an outright lie to try and raise Clyde's fee.As a result their greed has lost their client a serious buyer. IF you're thinking of selling please bear in mind that this is the position Clyde Property will leave you in.
