GoogleI am impressed with Clyde so far. From Lewis and the initial advice/valuation process to Melissa, Sophie and the rest of the office team for the viewings and negotiations. House now sold 'STC', in under a week.

Very pleasant staff and smooth purchase. Only reason its not 5 stars is that communication between members of staff wasn't perfect, i had to repeat myself several times and pass on messages to staff who then didn't relay any thing to other members.

Last company you would want to use for any sale or purchase. Absolutely no attention to detail. Do not reply to any emails promptly, when they eventually do it's either incorrect or very late.

GoogleWe recently sold a property in central Glasgow. Clyde Property were with us every step of the way - the preparation, handling the viewings, viewing feedback, offers and the sale. All members of staff we we dealt with were very helpful and efficient. I would definitely recommend Clyde Property and will use them again.

I have used Clyde Edinburgh and Clyde Glasgow several times in the past 5 or 6 years to manage letting of two properties. I've found them to be super-professional, straightforward, and always helpful. In both Glasgow and Edinburgh Clyde just seem to always be willing to go that little bit further in providing practical assistance - which is great and which I really appreciate as a non resident landlord. They seem to also be appreciated by the tenants whom I've had. Many thanks Clyde.

GoogleAbsolutely terrible service. I made the unfortunate mistake of letting out my flat with them. Sky high charges, never got anything done on time, terrible communication skills. Frequently let both me and the tenants down. When I decided to sell they valued far below any other estate agents in the area. Had I gone with Clyde I would have lost a significant amount of money. I will never use them again. Avoid- there are far superior estate agents out there.

I have never rented a property from a more negligent company in all my life. They do not address any of the issues I have reported to them, regardless of how many times they are reminded, or how cheap it would be to fix. They acknowledge the work needs done and use every trick in the book to get you off the phone. They send contractors who do not do the work they have been asked to quote for. Clyde property are blatantly confrontational when asked for answers. I have heard more lies and diversion tactics than anyone should have to endure spanning months of tennancy. They are notably dearer than other agencies in the Glasgow West End area and I would advise anyone to avoid at all costs.

GoogleService was excellent. People came on time when I asked initially from Clyde. Photos and video were done very well and also on time. I really liked the way my flat was presented. Clyde were very helpful in all the viewings and also gave me an online up to date progress sheet.

GoogleNo hesitation in recommending Clyde. We had a poor experience with our last agent and the tenants from hell so moved to Clyde who secured us a new tenant within 10 days. We live abroad but Emily Cullens of their Bearsden office has been so helpful to us in managing the property and dealing with the tenant. We had a couple of issues with the house after the new tenant moved in but she handled it very quickly and made it easy for us given the distance and time difference.

GoogleOur house was in the hands of another letting agency who didn't seem to care about our needs and never kept us informed of what was going on. We switched to Clyde in Perth, they worked very hard to get the house to market. The response was so great that they arranged an afternoon of ten minute viewings. This resulted in a few interested parties and a tenant who moved in within a week. Throughout, their attention to detail, feed-back and helpfulness was exceptional. Very pleased.

GoogleI have been a tenant of Clyde Property for around 3 years and have recently been dealing with Jennifer Ainsworth regarding a change to my tenancy conditions. She has been highly professional, a pleasure to deal with and has definitely gone the extra mile to try to make sure that everything was resolved to my satisfaction as much as possible. However, the standard of service seems to vary depending on who you speak to. In the past I have found that some of the property managers have been very poor at returning phone calls when I have needed their assistance with repairs. The standard response when phoning the property management centre was that the relevant member of staff was "in a meeting and will call you back", however such return calls never materialised until I physically visited their office in the West End and complained. Despite the issues I have had with their property managers in the past, Clyde are easily one of the best letting agencies I have dealt with. They are usually very prompt in responding to issues and in arranging for visits from specialists to address any problems that have arisen in the property. Their system of bi-monthly checks protects both myself and the landlord from any long-term problems arising and they are very pro-active in ensuring that the property is kept in a good condition. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and hope to remain in the flat I am currently letting from them for a long time to come.

GoogleWe have been dealing with Tara Sinclair in the Perth office for over a year now and have been extremely happy with the services provided! We live in Canada, therefore we rely on everything being taken care of - and it is. Having the ability to go on-line and log into our own personal portal is easy and keeps us abreast of the property status. Anyone who has contacted us from the Perth office has been truly helpful and are always quick to answer any questions we have. Since we came to Clyde from another competitor, the service and communication, along with the professionalism has been vastly improved! Would we recommend them as a property manager - yes!
