GoogleCairns have been excellent. I relocated from London to Glasgow to work for the Scottish Air Ambulance just before the lockdown started. Cairns went out of their way to help me find a property and ensured all the paperwork was processed very quickly. My removal company will not bring my furniture up at the moment, so Cairns have stepped in and lent me a bed and a sofa. I can’t thank them enough.

GoogleExcellent service offering by Cairn. I rent my property through them and have been guided every step of the way, from preparing to let, to various safety procedures and on the day my tenants moved in, I even received an email to confirm this and let me know they were happy. My Property Manager is always on call/email and can answer any queries I have. I will continue to use Cairn and have recommended to a few friends who have signed up already. I think the fees are really good for the amount of work they actually do - I simply don't have the time and feel that my property is in safe hands with people who really know what they are doing!

GoogleExcellent service from start to finish. Jenny managed the sale of my house and kept me updated many times throughout the day with what was going on. She ensured that everything ran smoothly and I felt very comfortable with the handling of the sale. When I come to sell my next property, I’ll know exactly where I’ll be going to!

FacebookAt lease let tenants know how to contact them and understand what we really need! We are stuffed from problem of electricity since we moved in and this company ignored our reports countless times since then. Afterwards, they keep sending people who’s not specialized in anything and telling us they cannot do anything with this issue!!! Guess what? We’re living in this house for more than one year and we still need to help the landlord to collect his mails because he doesn’t want to change his address and this agency never let him know his mails already bother us a lot! I’ve been stayed in lots of different countries and dealt with many agencies. I can say this one definitely is the worst!

Our present property manager Heather has been excellent in this respect, as has their HMO advisor Carolanne. Would recommend to other prospective landlords.
