James Fox, who managed my sale, kept me fully informed through the entire process and helped keep everything on track. The other key element was the quality of the pictures that were taken of my property. The photographer was amazing and did a great job of organising my furniture on the day to present in the best way possible.

We highly recommend Hilton King & Locke. We recently sold our first family home with HKL. Such a wonderful friendly professional team. Nothing was ever too much, we were in close contact constantly throughout the whole process and any questions we had were always answered promptly. We liaised mainly with Jann and Emma, both of whom are incredible at their job! I think we actually spoke to everyone in the Chalfont St Peter office at some point and they are all such a fantastic team, so welcoming and friendly. Selling a house can be stressful, but honestly throughout this whole process we felt calm and had complete confidence in the HKL team. We have had a great experience and wouldn’t hesitate to use HKL again!

As a foreigner in the UK, who didn't understand how estate managemnt and lettings worked in the country, Hawkesford has been amazing. Hawkesford have been my one and only estate agency. I spent 4 years in the same property with them and had absolutely zero issues. They offered great support when I was getting the contract signed and along these 4 years, whenever I needed any kind of support, Pauline has been amazing with quick responses, transparent communication, very clear instructions and always reasonable. They definitely made my life a lot easier in this regard and this is one of the reasons I did not chose to move to different places even when my work place changed. Rude. Incompetent. Lazy. Unreliable. Terrible property management. You have to contact them several times to get a response, and then they'll send a handyman out to take a picture and never return. The only part of managing a property you can trust them with is taking the rent - they don't expect to actually have to do any work for it.
