Andrew, Jatinder, Dane and their team have assisted my 80 year old mother in selling the family home of 50 years, operating with great professionalism and ably pushing the sale to completion when it was getting stuck with solicitors . In her words....... 'apart from them being very easy to talk to & helpful, I knew they were capable as a team & were in charge. When I needed help they were there instantly & took over & always had solutions . They also worked very well & efficiently as a team so there were no hiccups. It made me trust their judgement'. GoogleWe have had an excellent experience with Andrew at Hamptons - we have managed to go from offer to exchange within 8 weeks - half of which was during lockdown! This is in no small part to Andrew being an excellent link between us, the vendors and the tenants - he kept everything running smoothly in highly unusual circumstances. Although we don't plan on moving for a long time, if we did, Hamptons would be our first call.PositiveProfessionalism

However, I am very glad it's finally come together, and that wouldn't have happened without our combined tenacity, so thank you so much for sticking with us and for all the help you've given us throughout. Although, I totally blame Dane for all of this! I didn't even ring up about this house, I rang about a house on Maltmans that had already gone and Dane twisted my arm to see this less attractive looking house that was over budget! I went to the house on 16 June 2015 for the first time. We are all a year older and greyer as a result.

GoogleHugely impressed with Andrew Riley and his sales team at Hamptons Gerrards Cross. They are proactive, hard working and reliable. It's clear they want the transaction to work for everyone not just one party. Andrew, in particular, is one of the finest estate agents we have dealt with. He will go above the call of duty to help resolve issues (no matter how complicated and our purchase was complicated!). We are certain that not many other agents would do what Andrew has done for us. Highly recommended!

Andrew riley at Hamptons has been one person who has stood out from the crowd and looked after buyers as well. He has been prepared to listen carefully my requirements, kept me in touch with new properties coming to the market and being very helpful on balancing both sellers and buyers requirements. His professionalism and patience are a great credit to Hamptons. An agency to be recommended.
