Andrew and his team were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and thoughtful with the sale of our late Dads (my father-in-law) bungalow. With COVID19 constraints and Probate issues, it was a long haul, however, Andrew and his team kept us well informed throughout the selling process. We did have a major blip with the first buyer whom we eventually removed from the sale for being totally unreasonable. We can only assume they were scammers! Moving on, the whole team always were in good humour and were extremely approachable. I would not hesitate to highly recommend Hamptons, Gerrards Cross Branch also not forgetting the kind assistance received too from the Amersham Branch. We recently sold and also purchased a property through Hamptons and were absolutely delighted with the service we received. Andrew was enthusiastic and very fair in his approach and seemed committed to his customers. The whole team were fantastic, always friendly, helpful and encouraging. We used Hamptons in Gerrards Cross to sell our property last year. Having previously used a different agent (with limited success), the difference was stark. I had not appreciated the value of a good estate agent in marketing the property and finding a suitable buyer until we used Hamptons......They worked hard to secure a buyer, and a back-up plan if things did not progress quickly and smoothly enough. Though we did not end buy a property in the end through Hamptons, they took the time to understand what we wanted, and whilst showing us a range of their own stock, motivating us to look at properties that we might not of viewed. In fact we ended up buying a property we probably wouldn't even have viewed if they had not pushed us to do so...and we love it!! I would definitely recommend Andrew and the team to people we know (in fact I've alreday done so!).....
