GoogleHamptons have sold three houses on our behalf. Each time we have found them to be professional, ethical and hard working. We have been extremely pleased with results achieved. A real bonus is that Andrew and his team are such nice people to deal with. It helped ride out the bumps.

GoogleThe GX Hamptons team did a great job for us. We received a good offer in a couple of weeks after putting our house on the market; this was based on a sensible valuation, proactive and professional showing. In the end, we couldn’t find a house that suited our needs/budget so didn’t proceed, but would very much recommend them. They are a really characterful and good natured bunch, and we had dealings with all member of the team. They work very well together, are cheerful, positive, hardworking and communicative with each other, vendors and buyers. Great work.

GoogleI originally met Andrew when buying a house he was marketing. He worked so hard for his seller I was left wishing he was batting for my team and not the opposition. So it was a pretty natural choice when we came to sell the house again. Andrew and his team deliver what they promise - give good advice and are lovely to deal with.

GoogleSelling a house can be one of the most stressful things that one has to go through. This team has made it feel incredibly smooth. I can't thank them enough. A massive thanks goes to Jatinder who's worked on this tirelessly and delivered. Talking to the solicitors on both sides and up and down the chain on a regular basis and keeping us posted very regularly has kept us reassured that we were with the right team. I was amazed that Jatinder has even answered our questions at 10 pm!! Thats amazing commitment to work and his understanding that its an anxious time for us and his constant reassurance has been extremely professional. A shout-out also to Andrew and Dane for the overall management of the deal. Your constant support is truly appreciated. I can't recommend this team highly enough. Thanks again Jatinder...you are a natural estate agent!!

All local and know the area and this was helpful for the prospective buyers unfamiliar with the place. Suitable clients were introduced and after a relatively small number of viewings a match was made. Very pleased with the communication received before and during the sale.
