I honestly would score them 0 stars if there was an option. Worst letting agents possible. Invaded privacy twice on property inspection even after stressing multiple times we don’t want people in our house when we’re not there. Still go ahead and violate our privacy when been told not to. Please whatever you do steer clear from these estate agents as they really don’t care about being professional. You take a problem to them after telling them not to do something and they give you attitude back. Act like we’re a problem because we don’t want people we don’t know or don’t trust in our house. Simple. Not for these lot. Don’t expect any updates or any helpful from them either on finding a place and doing checks. There too relaxed to the point it’s not caring and treat you as a thorn in their side even though it’s their job. Will be taking legal action against them.

Excellent and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Gerrards Cross team. Dominic was brilliant and made an unavoidably stressful experience so much easier. He was exceptionally helpful, right from the first conversation to value the property and through a number of tricky weeks as the sale progressed. The communications were faultless: prompt conversations and replies, frequent updates and honest, which I valued hugely. Good estimated rent, tenant and competitive fee

My experience with Gibbs Gillespie has been largely good. Their estimated rent was good and they achieved it for me in reasonable time with good tenants. Even when I developed cold feet, Claire assured me and ensured that the objectives are achieved in full All this was done for a competitive fee as well. Due to the nature of my tenant (insurance company paid rent), there were a couple of delay in communication which could have been averted which is more of a learning point for Gibbs rather than a complaint. I look forward to a long relationship with Gibbs. Highly recommend.

If I could give zero stars I would. AVOID at all costs absolute joke of a company. The level of sheer incompetence is astounding from all staff I have dealt with. They make the rules up as they go along and think they are above the law. I moved out after 6 months due to having someone illegally let themselves into my property without my knowledge or prior approval. I was treated so poorly by everyone I dealt with. I would seriously avoid them like the plague as incompetent is being to kind. Vile company who lie at every level and steal from you.

They guided us clearly through the process and was quick to organise everything needed to confirm our offer. Once our offer was accepted, Daisy Peplow, our Move Manager, took over and ensured the rest of the process ran smoothly. Looking to view a number of houses and the only days tthis agent can do is Saturdays, sometimes 2 weeks time. I wonder if sellers know this at all? I suggest if you are selling through this agency to ACTUALLY call from 141 and try booking a viewing on your own property, you will then see the type of excuses that they make. I have no idea how they have got a 4.8 review rating when they don’t even allow viewings in weekdays or a specific time as it dosent “fit” in with their time table. There are much better agents out there who will make things work unlike these cowboys.
