In a difficult market, they were able to get an offer in the first viewing and close the deal in just a few weeks, which is commendable. They price the property realistically, bring in only qualified viewings, and ensured that the viewings are done by someone who knows the property well. Aqib, as a branch manager, has been absolutely fantastic! Response time has been great, and he took complete ownership until it got closed. Repeated failures, ignored emails, unreturned calls, do yourself a favour and avoid

Repeated failures, ignored emails and unreturned calls. Using Gibbs Gillespie has been a deeply negative experience. I appointed them to manage my property but, in practice, repeatedly had to manage the property, tenant and contractors myself. Emails went unanswered, calls were not returned and I was moved between multiple property-management contacts with limited continuity or ownership. One urgent issue took over 30 days before I even saw a quote; by then the tenant was escalating and I had to step in from overseas to resolve it myself. I have also been left out of pocket. Insurance-related damage was not passed to me promptly, bathroom repairs resulted in six call-outs, a multi-thousand-pound bill and mismatched tiles, and the complaint process produced vague, process-heavy replies while live issues remained unresolved. In my opinion, the service was completely inadequate. I would strongly advise other landlords to avoid.

Had a good experience with the Gerrards Cross branch. Firstly dealt with Nathanael and he was really knowledgable and informative with all the paperwork we needed to do. Daisy our move manager was great and helped so much with all the questions we had before we moved. And Charlotte has been a life saver, really helpful and nothing has been too much hassle. Only dropped a star as we had some problems with communication during the first week we moved with inspection reports/portal not being up to date, but Charlotte sorted this very swiftly which we are very grateful for.

Richard and the Lettings team at Gerrards Cross are amazing! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a rental property or looking to rent out your property. However, I want to give a special mention to Charlotte Statham though, who is exceptional, highly professional, incredibly knowledgeable, great at her job and more than that she really cares! Try to avoid this agent they has caused me so much trouble by switching my supplier when my contract as landlord was expired June 2025 and they have switched my energy supplier after 7 months when my contract based on rent collection not to mention charging me over £4,400pm pa for 2 years fees taken without any explanation with their confused statements made in purposes so to confuse the landlord with invoices for example I was charged for pay guarantee each month for 2 years when tenants used to pay 6 months in advance only found when done my taxes and I was charged 4,400pm just for rent collection.
