Aqib Hamid (lead advisor) and Irene Treveil were helping me to sell my house. The time couldn't have been worse: post-pandemic, 2 wars (Ukraine and Iran) and a Buyer Market really. But they have successfully navigated through all challenges for over 6 months until the sales was completed. Aqib is very experienced and knowledgeable in judging Market conditions and calling the right sales price, he is also responsive and a very good negotiator that aims to get the best possible price for me. I trust and always stick with Gibbs Gillespie despite numerous offers from other agencies. Very very happy with the outcome.

If anyone is looking for an Estate Agent in Stanmore, then look no further as Aqib from Gibbs Gillespie is your man! He is honest, straightforward, does exactly what he says he’s going to do and is first class at following thru. Within 48hrs of taking our instruction, a photographer and room planner was arranged and within 10 days a brochure was produced to the highest standard. Within 10 days, prior to launch 4 appointments were made off market. Throughout the process Aqib kept us closely informed and was actively involved in smoothing the pathway to exchange! We cannot thank him enough and have no hesitation in recommending their Stanmore Branch

I have worked with Charlotte and the team at Gibbs Gillespie for a number of years as our appointed letting agents, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. They are consistently professional, knowledgeable, responsive and incredibly helpful. Nothing ever seems too much trouble, no matter how big or small the issue, and they always go above and beyond to ensure matters are dealt with efficiently and smoothly. Charlotte is my main point of contact and has been absolutely fantastic throughout. She is proactive, approachable, and genuinely cares about delivering excellent service. It's bad enough having a bad tenant, but then being protected by the letting agency ???

VERY bad experience with, what I thought, was a very good company. The experience with dealing with their branch in pitshanger lane, ealing broadway had been quite ok. But the tenant in my flat seems to have been taken on without doing any checks, taking copies of id, permanent address, or guarantor, to the extent her contract had been renewed a number of times and yet none of this info was taken and checked on. I have had a number of discussions with the latest lettings manager KARAM (who proved to be very helpful in providing numerous bits of information requested by the solicitor), who was unable to provide the latest info because he doesn't have it. How can the lease be renewed without proper checks. THIS is NEGLIGENCE AND CORRUPTION OF THE HIGHEST and should be investigated. This after confidence is gained from me, by the previous lettings manager, of being "A FELLOW LANDLORD", "EMPATHY" and all that just to get the landlord to feel of being treated properly and with respect. IT'S all just ONE BIG LIE !!! I have been with this agency for a very long time……. Almost 10years. Money was taken for a check-in/out report yet none has been produced yet !

A massive thank you to all the team, and especially Alex and Edyta, at Ruislip Manor who arranged my sale, and particularly for their tireless efforts over the last couple of weeks. It has been a huge relief to know I had such skilled, calm professionals in my corner. From start to finish the whole team were fantastic, from Gavin initially to Taia and Leonie and everyone involved in the viewings - everyone was unfailingly friendly, supportive and offered invaluable advice. No good experience with the property management

I wish I could rate this company zero. I heard a lot about this company and hence I choose this letting agent over others. I had horrible experience with all my property managers. They changed three times in one year tenancy. I and my tenant both complained about mis communications. I was given incorrect advice multiple times. Tenant leave dates was agreed without land lady made aware at timely manner. Regular property inspection which was promised was not done correctly and I found a wall with mould when tenant was leaving. I was then advise to deduct money from the tenant’s deposit. There was damages to the property, tenant left the rubbish in the property all this was not added on to inventory check out and when this was raised I was again told to go to the small claim court. Why do I need this if agent was supposed to regularly inspect the property and also supposed to be doing the inventory check in check out. I personally feel a good relationship with the property manager with both land lady and tenant would have definitely help. This was my first property I rented out using agent and hence a good support and guide would have helped.

Lettings Consultant Ms. Oliwia Stobbe is excellent at her Job

I own a property in Hanwell that I rent out through Gibbs- Gillespie. Over thelast two years a few incidences have ocurred that have not been easy for me to deal with as I live in North Yorkshire. On each occassion these issues were dealt with by Ms. Oliwia Stobbe a Lettings Consultant. Ms. Stobbe is efficiency personified, On each occassion she kept to her word and provided me with all the help and assistance that I required. She is always friendly, pleasant and supportive always offering help if it is needed. She has certainly been a great help to me in sorting out tenancy issues and given her role at Gibbs-Gillespie I would have no reservations about recommending the company. Renting out a property is not always a straight forward matter but by using the services of Gibbs-Gillespie nd Ms. Stobbe in particular I have very little to worry about.

An Imaginative Solution to a Short Term Problem

I am in the process of trying to buy a property promoted by Gibbs Gillespie of Ealing Broadway. The service they provide is professional and supportive. As I was about to exchange contracts for the sale of my property in Cambridgeshire my buyer unexpectedly pulled out. I would like to thank Leah Veresammy, Ealing Branch Manager, for helping me find an interim solution. She contacted the person selling the property which, I desperately want purchase and set up a meeting between us. The outcome has been that I am now renting that property until my Cambridgeshire property is sold. I can't thank her enough for her prompt and imaginative action.
