We recently purchased a property from Pattinson Estate Agents (Cramlington). We thought communication may be a problem as we live in the south of England. However, from the agent who we viewed the property with to all the other staff at this branch, we were delighted that we were kept informed literally every step of the process from purchase to completion. The Cramlington office were professional, yet we felt we were receiving personal attention (I find that this is a rare ability in today's world). We cannot praise and thank all the staff who were partied to our house purchase and I would strongly recommend this agency for buying, selling or renting a property. I have been working with Jess Graham at the Alnwick branch as my parents are purchasing a bungalow through Pattinsons.So far I have been very impressed with the friendly, personal and knowledgeable attitude of Jess and any other staff I have had dealings with at the branch.I am optimistic that the purchase will go through smoothly and would not hesitate to use this office if I were selling a property myself or to recommend them to others.

Tried to buy a property through Pattinsons a couple of years ago. They lied to my face and did their best to scam me at every opportunity. I won't go anywhere near them in the future.

We had a great experience with Pattinsons, they kept us up to date with regular phone calls to let us know how the purchase was progressing. The agent Dean who was dealing with our purchase was extremely helpful and we really appreciate the time he took to keep us up to date, and all the help he offered as well.

I am dealing with this company NOW, they are typical estate agents there purpose is only for themselves. DO not use them, we have been put under stress on how they preform. They dont reply give you the sales talk.

From start to finish the girls from the Blyth office were fantastic. They were helpful, friendly, caring, understanding and overall had so much time for us. We sold our home with pattinsons and were looking to buy a house which was also through themselves, as a result we sold & bought in two days due to their client base. The only problem I would say is don’t use their recommended solicitors, which provide appalling service!!
