When I walked into Pattinsons Estate Agents in Blyth.. I wasnt sure what kind of property I was looking for. I must say they were more than helpful. Caroline listened to my needs..very patiently I must add.. and came up with some excellent suggestions. She answered my questions, advised me...and I didnt feel forced into any decision.I would definitely use Pattinsons again and would reccommend them to anyone

Pattinsons have dealt with the sale of our property and the whole experience was faultless. Every aspect was slick right up until completion. We had the house on the market within a matter of days, and offers came in almost immediately. From that stage onwards Carol worked so hard to chase solicitors and keep us informed at every step of the way. Thoroughly recommend them!

Beth at Pattisons did a great job at selling our rental flat, she was always available, kept us up to date with progress of the sale and lovely to deal with. The only reason it's not 5 stars as the property took a little longer to sell than I would have liked, but that was no fault of the estate agent. Overall very happy. Thank you :)

Very professional at every stage, they ensured that the property was sold at the best price for the seller and the vendor - it really was a win-win situation for all. We are relocating from the South East to the North Shields area and the whole process of viewing and finding properties has been quite stressful. I’ve been dealing with 4 other agents but Pattinson’s North Shields have been nothing but accommodating and helpful arranging last minute viewings and sending things through quickly. I’ve dealt with both Adam and Ruth and they have made things easy. Totally recommend

Very regularly deal with both the team at Washington branch and Charlotte Mason, at head office, for all my residential letting needs. They can never do enough, in terms of keeping in constant communication with progress and carrying out their role professionally and very efficiently. I would not take my business anywhere else.

Extremely poor service with my rental property. They have handed over an uncleaned property and upon asking saying I have not opted for a clean property. The car parking entry key has not been given with an excuse they not sure where the fob is! Not at all happy with the service.

Pattinson South Shields (Keith, Emily, Lucy, and Maria) provided an excellent service. They were always professional, communicative, and friendly. I would 100% recommend them, but if were to do it again, I would use a South Shields based solicitor, and not the suggested solicitor in Sunderland. However, this does not take anything away from the excellent service provided by Pattinson South Shields.
