General maintenance issues have been dealt with in an efficient & timely cost effective manner and communication has been first rate. They provide a seamless re-letting service for new tenants, dealing with all legal & statutory requirements in a straightforward manner. GoogleSo looking for a rental property in the present market, is frankly hard work! Some other agents just wouldn't return calls (I understand, we are all busy but a call back with a no I can take easier than no feedback). Jo, the lettings manager has been great. Immediate responses to calls, talked through the process in detail, and I was fully informed all along the way. As a tenant (and I'm not the easiest through Goodlord as I'm self employed, had been renting from a friend without a contract), Jo helped me through every step, so from a Landlords point of view, you have someone absolutely working to make things happen! GoogleGordon Brown Estate Agents were hugely helpful through the entire process of moving home and purchasing my first property, together with my partner. The staff were always easy to get in contact with, approachable, supportive and efficient too. Although the process wasn’t always simple and straightforward, they aimed to solve any issues straight away and were reassuring and resourceful, as well as great at keeping me and my partner up to date with any developments. I would highly recommend them!

GoogleJust sold my house through Gordon Brown and their service is second to none. From the sales negotiator Jackie to the sales progressor Sharon, everyone I dealt with provided an excellent service with good communication to keep myself and my buyers constantly informed. Having dealt with many estate agents in the past I know how important this is and I now wouldn’t sell my house through anyone else.
