Top notch service from Gordon Brown. Friendly, professional and prompt in responding. Their posting on right move was brilliant, good pictures which are clear taken with proper gear. Video was also excellent. The staff are brill, I'd like to give a specific thanks to Sharon who handled a portion of my case. Not afraid to have a bit of a laugh on the phone between professional conversations. Really appreciated that and it made me feel like I was talking to a normal human on the other end. Top job guys. If you need your property sold quickly and professionally at a good price, these are your guys. I have nothing negative to say about them.

Great experience from start to finish with Joanne at Gordon Brown. Not only did we see the property quickly, all communication there after until we collected the keys was excellent and Joanne made the whole process so quick and painless. The whole experience with Joanne has been refreshing as we are still waiting to hear from one agent almost 4 weeks later and often didn’t hear back from others or waited days for replies to emails and voice messages we left for them. I can highly recommend Gordon Brown Estate Agents. From start to finish, everyone has been great. Cheryl came out to value the property I was selling and was really friendly and informative. Liam took amazing photos/video and helped the house stand out on Rightmove (it sold the day after it went on the market!) When the sale got tricky, Sharon helped to push it through and was in regular communication with us and our solicitor throughout. I can also highly recommend Craig at Low Fell Mortgage Services (also based at Gordon Brown). I've used Craig's services a few times now and he goes above and beyond every single time. Fantastic experience with Gordon Brown, from the start I was treat with such professionalism and warmth from the whole team. The photos and videos of my house were done to a very high standard and I believe really helped me to get the viewings and interest that I did. I dealt with Lynn from the sales team who is super helpful and friendly and always kept me in the loop with great communication. I then dealt with Sharon in sales progression once my house sold and she was absolutely amazing. My house sale fell through twice which caused us such stress and anxiety, Sharon was always there with empathy and supportive phone calls offering me guidance on what to do next. I wasn't the easiest client to deal with, always wanting to be kept in the loop and pestering the team at times but I was never met with anything but warmth and reassurance. Special thank you to Sharon, I know you worked over time and went above and beyond to ensure our house sale went through on completion date without a hitch. Everyone was very nice and quick response. I sent viewing request at night by mail. The next day I received call from agent and decided when I can go to see it. When I saw the house it’s exactly same as the pictures show. I saw some other agents’ houses are very different from the pictures. It waste me a lot of time. After I saw the property, I only wait one working to get the call from agent that told me I can rent the house. I’m really appreciate the quick response. I was stayed in a hotel, I need to move out ASAP. It helped me a lot. Everything is by emails and calls, only last I went to agent office to get my kyes. Both of them were so personable in all communications and although it was not a straightforward sale, helped me navigate through it as smoothly as possible.
