GoogleSeller beware! If you want to actually sell your property do not use this company. My house was on the market with Belle Vue for 4 months without success. We agreed an initial 3 month contract term, rather than their standard 20 weeks, as they are cheap and it 'gave them a chance'. An exceptionally petulant response followed when I requested to change agent as they are no longer responding to any phone calls or emails, and are refusing to stop marketing my property. If you want a stress free experience when selling your home avoid Belle Vue. Despite their low fees, you get what you pay for.

GoogleFound service poor ,communications not good, staff not on the ball with what's going on, they say they will get back to you but don't. Had to complain about service a couple of times while house for sale. We were told by some of the people wanting to view our property that they had trouble trying to get an appointment to view. They are cheaper than the big estate agents but you get what you pay for.

GoogleYoung lad on the phone absolutely lovely great communication skills, lady who showed me around the property was full of life and enthusiastic about her job she was also so helpful compared to some of the estate agents I’ve spoken to over the past 6 weeks. Great service

GoogleLet down very badly by this agent. Tenants beware-paying a holding fee may not secure your property. They took our fee & application but continued with viewings on property. Then gave the property to someone else. Appalling practice and customer service.

Unfortunately as you know, the Landlord of the property made the decision based on your change in circumstances. Your Fee was fully refunded with immediate effect and we apologised. Sadly it was something out of our control.

GoogleBelle Vue managed to sell our property during lockdown. We had lots of viewings and the staff were excellent at checking the chain and finding out answers. Selling during the pandemic wasn't easy at all, drawing the process out even longer but none of the delays were down to Belle Vue. Would highly recommend. GoogleThe height of ignorance. Submitted an offer on a house through this ‘estate agents’, didn’t bother to keep us informed or bother to tell us another offer had been accepted. Ignored calls and contact. Incredibly unprofessional.

GoogleFailure informed of damage to property which has cost thousands to put right. I would advise you to look else where as this has happen to both of my properties whilst under contract agreement with Belle Vue.

GoogleHad to pay £90 for a probate valuation which other estate agents did not ask for. Then they send invoice for £90 which wsa already paid. Turned up late in shorts and tee shirt. Then had to ask for email address of solicitors which had already been given to them. Very unprofessionalNegativeProfessionalism

GoogleTerrible at keeping me informed. I had to constantly call and email the office for updates. The phone just rang out or I was told there was no one available to help. Very frustrating and stressful dealing with Belle Vue Estates.
