Don't do virtual viewings, and won't let you apply unless you attend a viewing. Strangely someone can attend the viewing on your behalf, then you can apply... One wonders what reason drives their need to actually put eyes on applicants when references, job history and credit checks determine outcomes? If I was a landlord I'd definitely avoid this agent.

I have used belle Vue to sell two of my properties in the last two years and I can not praise them enough. The staff are very professional and I could not fault them at all. I have used other agents to sell our property's and paid four times the amount belle Vue charge and I did not receive the fantastic service I did with belle Vue. After a bad experience with a different local estate agent in Low Fell we were very sceptical about signing up with Belle Vue Estates. From the beginning when we had our initial appointment with Bev we have had the best service. They are so friendly and down to earth - it made the long sales process go over really quickly and painlessly. I can't recommend Belle Vue Estates, Bev and Sonja enough and if you are thinking of using them then please do - you won't be disappointed :)

They do not offer valuations BUT are Estate Agents! Unbelievable, Called today and asked for advise to book in a valuation on a property we have exchanged on and will be completing on this Friday. We are flipping a unit and wanted to get an idea of a valuation. I was told firstly to call the agent you are buying through, "why are you calling us?" Then told by the lady who does valuations she wont give advise until she has keys to view the property.. You will not get the keys to any property if you can't hold a simple conversation to a potential vendor!! What a bad representation for Belle Vue Estates. Avoid.

Took nice photos, had to chase them to get the sold sign up, didn’t have a great deal of communication with them, thought they could have explained the process better. Recommended a solicitor to use which I thought was very helpful of them until I realised I was billed £150 commission (they don’t mention it when they speak to you on the phone!). In hindsight wish I had just tried to sell my house without using an estate agents as it’s a sellers market at the minute!

Went to view a house with this agent, they called up a couple of days later for feedback. I put an offer in for the house and they never bothered getting back to me 4 weeks later and after sending them an email complaining about this - still no response. Won't be using them again anytime soon.

Very very poor estate agency, supposed to meet for a viewing and did not turn up when I rang to ask where “Clare” was, an agent called Stewart answered and told me she was on her way and to just wait. Half an hour passes and still nothing I rang back up to have Clare herself answer the phone and tell me she has left messages and called me to ask if I still wanted to view, there were no missed calls or emails on my phone from them to confirm. I missed an important appointment due to having these time wasters as agents. Very very poor communication with this letting agency BEWARE.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

She was an absolute ray of sunshine and made a very stressful time so much more bearable. Communication was great and found all staff to be very understanding and professional. If you're looking to sell your home, Belle Vue Estates are a very amateur company at best. I'm absolutely disgusted by their lack of ability to market a property and communicate effectively. There's a reason they're the price they are! We had 3 'viewings' in a row where no one showed up! This is a huge inconvenience when arranging your day and childcare around a viewing you're expecting. They even told me that the final viewing had rang up their office to cancel it the day before but they'd not bothered to tell me!!! I can't begin to describe what a waste of a day it was when I'd taken the child into nursery, prepared the house and waited until 3pm when no one turned up! Only to find out that Belle Vue had known all along that the viewing had been cancelled! Seeing that this was the third 'no show' I was livid. A lovely home but only 4 actual viewings in 7 months. I'm delighted that I've ended the contract with them and will look to market my property with another estate agent.
