GoogleCon estate agent gave the house to another buyer even after my offer had been excepted and I had instructed solicitors paid for a survey and searches, because someone offered more 3 months later. They like to push the prices up creating a bidding war making thousands on peoples miseries. Lied to me time and time again. Stay clear.

GoogleUnbelievably after all my complaints and poor review of this company 20 minutes before my supposedly cancelled appointment, I still get a text saying that the valuer will be coming to my address at 11. They can’t keep using the following excuses - 1/ We are very busy 2/ It’s a IT issue 3/ It’s due to Covid !! Come on Farrell Heyworth sort yourselves out

GoogleI met with the office viewer yesterday, a lady called Ann. What a really polite and informative lady. She took the time to answer the questions I had to the best of her ability. I thought I would comment on this as I have viewed several houses recently and simply had a door opened for me and that is it! People like this are so important and yet probably not praised enough.
