I have lived for 7 years in an apartment that I rented through this agency. it represented the interests of the landlord. I had no problems: the contract was concluded quickly, all issues were resolved easily.They replaced my broken mattress and replaced my non-working washing machine. In addition, all my small-level requests were also carefully considered and promptly resolved. (in particular, the plumber solved the problem with mold and rust in the bathtub)The main advantage of this agency is the people: we still communicate with the realtor who rented the apartment to me. Managers changed several times, but everyone was extremely polite and helpful. I am grateful to the entire team for their work

We rent our apartment we these guys. Had excellent service from George who we viewed the property with. We have had a few little issues and Tanya Karachorova the Property Manager has been super efficient (new dishwasher supplied and fitted in a few days for example) very helpful and friendly.

GoogleIt is well known that Benham & Reeves are a well trusted agency, I know that cause my father also knows them and has been in business with them. However, I had few issues with slowness of communication, sometimes not getting an email response and even one very bad encounter which I had to raise an official complaint about via email; however, the response to the complaint was very quick and everything was sorted that same day which made me satisfied. In conclusion, I would come back to them if I needed.
