Raj Miah from Benham & Reeves manages…

Raj Miah from Benham & Reeves manages our flat rental. We recently had to re-let our flat after the tenants gave notice just before Christmas. Raj managed to find new tenants quickly and efficiently. He oversaw the repairs etc. So that the property was clean, repaired and ready for new tenants in a very limited time. Thank you Raj and Benham & Reeves for making the changeover so effortless

Excellent Service!

When i first bought the property ,B&R found my first tenant who stayed there more than ten years without any problems. Then ,they found the second tenant who is also very reliable. On top of that, whenever there is any problem with the plumbing, electricity etc, B&R take immediate action to fix it! Ms Lisa-Jane Stratton is very efficient! Highly recommended!

This was “just” a renewal. However, Wesley & Fiona were always helpful as we found ourselves dealing with a host of last minute unwelcome clause additions every time we thought the deal had finally been agreed.

Tenancy rental rip-off

I was very happy with Benham & Reeves in finding my tenants. I paid 8% commission for their service gladly, but had to pay this over 3 months as the rent came in. They had to advertise, screen tenants, do an inventory and keep a deposit.

Bullying and harassments, deposit not returned

i cant appreciate that you quote your version of tenant law and you always trying to justify yourself. Our rights of 'quiet enjoyment' are ignored. You were also trying to not return any deposit by overcharging on everything (450 pounds for repaint one area, 200 pounds for a stain on an IKEA sofa etc.) so that we filed a claim with the deposit protection scheme. While I understand you take commissions from every party you work with (cleaning, repair, building staff, owners), this is my review of my interaction with your business, your relationship with them are irrelevant. Circulating images of my body in the surveillance, taking photos of inside from our windows, knocking at doors are not the way to solve any problem. Nobody in this agency knows how to apologize, and even in the reviews you are trying to taint me instead.If you consider casual harassment as of normal course, please read legislations on your government website Thanks to trustpilot being an open platform I can share my experience with the public. Rented five months a Nell Gwynn House in ChelseaPS: no... up till now still this attitude.. AVOID this company if you don't want to be treated this way don't rent from them.. we are not trashing you. we are exposing you. Every word here is based on evidence. we have VIDEO RECORDINGS of the building staff lingering at our windows trying to take a picture of instead so don't cover up for yourself... we stopped renting because we can't stand the shady things you do. you have not been to law school for one day and acting like you have makes it look worse. the law is not only for renters and owners.. you said that like you are exempt and no one can regulate you.. money has made you blind and you forget how to act like a human.

Benham and Reeves as an estate agents was smooth and easy, with clear communication and procceses. Kayleigh and Kyle were great agents - super informative, responsive and helpful. Any time there was an issue or need, the response was quick and the matter was fixed accordingly. I will be coming back to them for future house searches again.
