GoogleWorst rental experience i've ever had. I moved in 6 months ago and after calling and emailing and taking photos continuously with several problems including health issues they have still failed to do ANYTHING. they ignore or just blatantly lie to your face. Appalling. Should be ashamed. I'm also an easy tenant, perhaps that is where I have been going wrong.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleSimon Kelly happily assisted us initially in valuing the property for nursing home fees purposes, and subsequently for probate purposes without charge. We naturally returned to him for the sale of the property when the time came. Multiple viewings were arranged in the first week leading to several offers. We have just exchanged contracts for sale within two months of first instruction. Throughout he (and his team) have kept us fully informed of progress. Simon’s advice has been invaluable and we wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Bridges.

GoogleI called Bridges to arranged a viewing of a couple of properties that they are marketing and was greeted by Olivia who not only provided a warm welcome but answered many questions that I had on the area in that I am not too familiar with. She certainly gave me a good feeling that this would be a great area to live in as this will be our final home purchase as we seek our forever home. I also spoke with a couple of her colleagues on subsequent calls and the overall level of professionalism and courtesy demonstrated that there are some Estate agents who truly understand the importance of customer service and experience. I am looking forward to viewing the properties.

I personally would like to thank Mike Lloyd and Jayne Gaskin for their proactive updates and friendly, kind, caring approach to how they treat their customers. The whole team were fab! Would definitely recommend for purchasing a property and based on this experience I'd also go through them to sell.

I can't be sure but it feels like they're advertising homes that are not for sale purely to gather the data of more potential buyers (Aldershot branch). A house went up for sale on Zoopla on 10th August 2023 (I checked this on the advert history). I called on the 11th August to book a viewing. Went through the process of updating all my registration details, was told Tuesday 15th August would be good, great. They said they would confirm with sellers and send me confirmation email. Today (Monday 14th) no email yet so I emailed them to check all was going ahead and shortly received a viewing confirmation email (10.05am). At 10.16am they called me to say the sellers are reviewing offers so not doing further viewings. So it took 2 business days for you to advertise a property and it get offers? I doubt it in this market. If it had offers before today, why didn't you call me beforehand or tell me there were already offers before taking my details? Why are you still advertising it as available? What a waste of buyers time. Unsubscribed and will avoid homes advertised by Bridges in the future as I just don't trust they are really for sale at all!
