GoogleAvoid at all costs. Single worst agents I have experienced in London and I thought I had seen bad professionals previously. We should have known from day 1 when we moved into a property where previous tenants were told they had to move out the following week - Daisy Lets had messed up the dates in communication. They charged us hundreds of pounds of illegal fees for changes in the contracts (legally capped at £50 for tenants). I would raise a complaint with the property ombudsman now we've moved out but actually can't find them listed there..?! The dodginess is endless. Wasted so many hours trying to communicate with them and ended up moving out of a house that was perfectly fine simply because none of us wanted to continue dealing with the estate agents.

GoogleAbsolute hell trying to get my money back from my deposit. No answer from the agency or the landlord. Extremely unhelpful and upsetting.

I am sorry for the delay with this, but there is a dispute on the deposit. Everything is with the DPS and their adjudicators. It is out of our control. We don't hold deposit money, the DPS does. Perhaps complain to the DPS.
