If I could rate 0 stars I absolutely would. Never been helpful. Never been very good at communicating. Constantly up service charge but what this even helps with I do not know.

Worst teamIs like buying a black box. You don’t know what you are buying. Been asking information even from before reserving a property.Then we’ve asked the aftercare team ti provide us with the house specs. Got an email back with the site brochure!!! The after care team never answer the phone nor reply to emails quick enough. Last time i ended up logging a complaint to the case handler to get her to reply to my messages.Funny enough, our neighbours have the same issues. How can you work in sales and have zero customer service and no willingness to actually help your client!! We did not get this house for free!!Edit: i didn’t receive anything. I have all the emails from your team saved, for the next time they are trying to ignore the issues risen. Still waiting for the sales team to return my call and reply to my emails. It’s probably been 2 months or so. Shows great customer service once a sale is done and they got their commission

When I paid the reservation fee, I discovered that the garden gate was completely dislodged and broken. They told me it had been repaired before I bought the house. However, the repair work was done hastily. The gate is not fixed in place and the lock does not fit into the lock hole. Despite reporting this multiple times, it still hasn’t been replaced with a new one or properly secured. Additionally, when the driveway was constructed, it was sloped towards the front of my house instead of the drainage, causing all the rainwater to accumulate in front of my house. Also, the fences started coming loose in just six months, and I see rusty nails every day. I noticed that the houses in the same development that are not shared ownership have better quality materials (doors, cupboards, etc.). The garden is not levelled, making it very difficult to place a table. When the boiler is running, it leaks water, which I reported, but no one has addressed it. Additionally, I mentioned the bulges on the wall, but again, no one has taken care of it.
