We have used Wards in Folkestone for over a decade. If you ever use them ask for Phillipa. She knows the town inside and out and not just in terms of roads, but also in terms of demographics, schools, amenities etc. Basically everything you would expect a seasoned estate agent to know so you can be properly informed. I've also found her to be honest and open with a distinct lack of "spin" you see with a lot of agents.

I have been buying and selling houses for 30 years and in all that time I have had one major complaint... once the house is sold then the estate agent does nothing to chase the sale through to completion. Not this time! Wards have been PHENOMENOL! Fantastic experience selling our property through Wards in Folkestone, Couldn't have asked for better service. Really felt like they went out of there way for us to make sure we got the move we wanted. Staff were very professional and always contactable for advice.
