Spoke to Lewis in the Folkestone branch who was very knowledgeable about the current market and mortgage rates which is very reassuring as a first time buyer. Lewis took care and time to get know what is important to me and my family for our move and introduced me to their in house mortgage advisor and recommended a solicitor so I don't have to panic to find one when I want to buy a house.
