GoogleGreg and the rest of the team are amazing. Even though they weren't directly our agents they pushed and chased the whole chain to ensure we were able to exchange and complete despite a catalogue if disasters along the way (none of which were their fault) they held the chain together which would have otherwise collapsed. GoogleTerribly frustrating service, I spoke to approx 4 different people to try and book a viewing, no one received the enquiry despite my numerous calls chasing them, passing on messages through the 'support' team. My details were never passed on nor registered by the first person I spoke to, or the 2nd or 3rd person. Finally spoke to the actual agent who was completely unaware of the viewing and said no viewings only at the wknd. Very disappointing and very frustrating to have to repeatedly chase for a response simply for a viewing confirmation! Absolutely bizarre way of 'running a business' and selling property.NegativeResponsiveness

GoogleI don't normally feel strongly enough to leave a bad review but I will make an exception for this Estate Agents. Lack of transparency about potential buyers or tenants feedback - they say what you want to hear rather than the truth. Promises about people on their database that want a property exactly like the one you want to sell or rent out, only for these people never to materialise. They are as useful as a chocolate teapot! Do your homework and choose wisely on which Estate Agents you use.

GoogleStill a week on and no idea what is happening with our deposit. Conned us out of a lot of money. Literally the worst service I have ever had in any aspect of my life! Do not rent a property with ward and partner!!

Dear Bernadine We are sorry if it has taken longer than expected to receive your deposit. As they are taken at the start of a tenancy to be held until the tenancy has concluded, in the event that deductions are required, it is necessary for the deposit to be kept in a secure client account, until the Landlord has had the opportunity to see the checkout report. The checkout inspection was completed on 22nd February, the report was sent to us 5 days later and immediately forwarded to both you and the Landlord. The Landlord informed us that Friday that no deductions were required and the full deposit was released to you on the Monday, which was 7 working days from the date that you left the property. We are sorry if this was longer than you anticipated however we hope that the above will provide you with some reassurance. GoogleRented from them 6 years ago, one guy treated me like an animal. Made me feel so small. Offered loads of rent money but he just didnt like me overall and wanted me out. My partner at the time moved out & was a rough time in my life but the agent had 0 care & threw me out & kept my £1300 deposit.

GoogleA terrible estate agent. I am a cash buyer and have made an offer on a property and followed up via phone and email five times. Zero response from Wards. I would not use them to market my property given the complete lack of competence to proactively communicate with prospective buyers. Hopeless. Zero stars.

GoogleAn astonishingly bad company, the worst I’ve ever dealt with in any industry. We had the misfortune to rent a house with them as the managing agents. A combination of incompetence and outright lying made it a miserable experience. Avoid at all costs.

GoogleTerrible agents, rude and useless. Informed that it would be easier to wait for my tenancy to end to investigate the mould in 4/5 of the rooms, despite my tenancy having another 5 months to run. Avoid at all costs.

GoogleThey seem to never have enough staff to allow you to view a property that's for sale, don't return calls either I certainly wouldn't put my house up for sale with them would loose a lot of potential buyers
