GoogleStephen, Adam and the team at Reeds Rains in Folkestone made my experience of selling my well loved flat such a great experience. From the point of getting a valuation thru to sale closing they were fantastic. They kept me well informed and updated me and my purchasers regularly on how things were progressing. Communication was fabulous and they were professional, warm and welcoming throughout the process making, what is often described as a stressful time, a smooth experience. Would highly recommend selling with this team in Folkestone.

GoogleAdam, Laura and the team were most helpful. Sale took longer due to the buyer having to wait for mortgage offer but Adam and Laura were constantly chasing for me and keeping me up t date at all stages. I would not hesitate to use Reeds Rain again.

They are friendly, professional and very efficient both on the sales and the lettings side. I have no hesitation in recommending them. GoogleReeds Reins assisted us in the sale of our house in Folkestone. Overall they are efficient and transparent although some staff members are clearly more proactive and helpful than others. We conducted all the viewings ourselves with an agent present and because of that we had the opportunity to personally meet our potential buyers and secure a good price which exceeded the initial valuation. Special mention goes to Habil for being genuinely kind and helpful.

GoogleThe staff at Reeds Rains were really helpful when we were moving into our property and they were not even our Estate Agents, they were our Seller's! Ours were not too helpful, but I would definitely recommend RR :) - they really helped minimise (where they could) the stress our solicitors also caused too!

GoogleWhilst Reeds Rains weren’t representing ourselves from a sales point of view, I would absolutely be using them for sales in the future. We were the buyers of one of their properties (first time buyers) and we had some horrendous difficulties with our conveyancers. Reeds Rains put pressure on our solicitors to get the job done and always checked in on us to make sure we were okay. Without them this sale would have fallen through. A massive shout out to Adam in particular who was just excellent. I sincerely recommend these guys, you won’t get a more dedicated and hardworking service that puts the heart of the buyers/sellers first.

Communication and response was exemplary, Adam and his colleagues had a particularly difficult phase near the end and pulled it all together. He stood out amongst other local agents for his honesty and simply through being himself. We needed to sell quickly to secure our next home and his advice on that matter was incredibly helpful. He gave us a very fair fee and was flexible about our pricing, and he helped us to get our flat on the market within a few days, photos and all.
