I would like to thank Stephen and his team at reed rains for selling my property and making it hassle free . We have used Reeds Rains for the purchase and sale of our properties over the last 10 years and I am glad to say that the service is as good as ever. They are a very professional and personable company. Habil and Jolly were always helpful and on time when showing our properties but special mention goes to Adam who takes a very personal approach and has helped getting the properties over the line when it mattered most. Their biggest strength in my opinion is how they keep everyone informed and always call you when they say they will. House buying, selling and moving are all pretty stressful so it is a relief to know that your estate agent is working in the background to help you through that process. Reeds Rains have been very helpful to me when selling my late Mum and Dads house. They advised on price drops and were patient when I had to relay and get answers from my 5 Siblings. When a sale fell thought unexpectedly they were quick to fined other viewings and another buyer which we had a very quick sale completed after that. Toby has restored my faith in letting agents. I have had bad experiences with a couple of other Folkestone agents when I have been trying to find tenants for my house but Toby found me my tenants who have been magnificent, paying rent on time, reporting issues and taking great care of my house. I would certainly recommend Toby and the Folkestone office to other landlords. This was my first time selling a property and therefore had very little to go on, but I knew that Reeds Rains has been well established in Folkestone for a number of years and decided to engage with them for the sale, I did also obtain some other quotations, however Reeds were cheaper and also including premium listing, thus being cheaper than anyone else on the market. However, this did not come as a detriment to the level of service we received as both Stephen and Adam were exceptional throughout the whole process. Given the tricky market conditions we are able to achieve full asking with in less than a month of being on the market. On this basis I would strongly encourage anyone looking to buy/sell/rent to get in touch.
