The whole team, from Luke at offer stage to Denise who manages everything once the sale starts progressing have been amazing. Couldn’t recommend enough, it wasn’t an easy road with the sale of my property to purchase on with M&B but they took some of the stress out of it.

GoogleExcellent experience with Emily and the rest of the Miles & Barr team! We bought our property off M&B back in 2019 and had a great experience then. More recently we sold directly and despite the fact that they weren't our agent they were incredibly helpful at coordinating with our buyers and the rest of the chain.

GoogleMiles & Barr already have a strong visible foothold in the Folkestone area. This is why we chose them as our agent and we were not let down. They were proactive from the start. Created a super brochure to showcase our flat and great video. The team were all excellent at doing the viewings and always promoted the positive points about our home with such enthusiasm. Communication of viewing feedback was speedy which is always good from a vendor point of view as you know exactly where you stand. We lost a buyer during the process and M&B rallied quickly to replace (successfully) as we have now exchanged on our new home.

GoogleEmily and Shea, plus the wider team at Miles & Barr have been absolutely fantastic. As overseas buyers moving back to the UK, we definitely had more complex circumstances than average. Paired with a challenging chain and it just meant that we had a bit of an adventure with our purchase! With that said, we cannot say enough good things about Miles & Barr who were responsive, empathetic and transparent. We would highly recommend working with them for either buying or selling!

GoogleI had an excellent experience selling my first renovation property through Ewe Move. I felt the experience was very personal and professional. In particularly I would like to mention Lisa Pursglove, who I felt was extremely dedicated to making sure my property sold quickly and the sale went smoothly. The constant communication between Lisa, myself and the buyer made me feel valued and at ease with the process. I would definitely recommend Ewe move and will be using them again in the future.
