Looked for a property through William Gleave for myself and girlfriends first rental together and couldn't praise them enough! The team are very friendly and are fast and effective! Any enquiries we had we'd just email them and they'd reply in no time with everything we needed to know! Even though we had applied for the house through the Christmas period they didnt let this stop them/slow them down! Amazing team and amazing company, thank you all so much!

Extremely efficient, friendly and helpful staff with that personal touch. Sorted out our house move in the shortest time imaginable, Maria was incredibly organised and did everything she could to sort our house move before the busy bank holiday weekend. Would definitely recommend William Gleave and Maria to anyone house hunting.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

What a lovely team, thanks so much all who were involved in the sale of our home, you were all so on the ball, always professional and at the end of the phone whenever there was a question. I would say communication is key with agents and solicitors when selling houses. This would apply 100% for the team here. I would highly reccomend.

Got to be the worst estate agent I've dealt with by far. I've been trying to get hold of them for days with no response after bidding over on a property only to see it sold on rightmove. Then I couldn't get through to someone to see if the seller would be willing to accept an increased bid, so with that in mind I would not buy or sell with this company.

Excellent service from William Gleave Buckley Jill took us through every stage of the sale and made the sale and move so stress free. After 45 years in the same house and not used to selling a property it can be daunting especially the forms to fill in but Jill took me through it all with patience thank you so much.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
