GoogleI'm extremely glad to write this review. As an overseas doctor moving to the UK to join NHS in this difficult time, Maria at WG Estate Agents made moving out just so comfortable. She expedited the tenancy process in just 6 days keeping in mind my desparate need of an accommodation. She was extremely professional and prompt in her responses. A gem of a person she is, Maria made sure I do not fall short of anything, be it food or daily essentials, as I had a 10 day self-isolation on arriving in the UK. Her kindness was indeed overwhelming. The flat is so fresh and clean and I could not have asked for any other place to live. GoogleWould like to write our experience of our recent house purchase through William Gleave Buckley. I don't usually write reviews however I feel I must really express my joy of our experience.
Viewing of the property was handled by Maria who is so polite, positive and accommodating. We also viewed the property for a second time during the conveyancing process and Harry was eager to help and assist also.
The purchase was dealt with by Jill who was so professional, always available for a chat/advice and she really propelled the process.
Other estate agents that we used for viewing were not a patch on this firm.

Other agents in the area from personal experience are slow to respond to enquiries, fail to communicate when properties are sold and more recently haven't even bothered to return our calls or emails to arrange viewings on properties my partner and I are interested in.

GoogleNever do repairs on the property, say they will but never do, my friend has rented for 4 yrs and blame her for the damp and mould, even though the property suffered this problem b4 she moved in. She has no garden to dry her clothes etc but the agency and landlord blame her of course. She has asked many many times to get repairs done and repainted etc and the requests are ignored. The agency say they will get it sorted...BUT NOTHING happens. The property needs to be reported to the environmental health as she has a 3yr old living there too...

GoogleThe website is absolutely rubbish, by far the worst website I've ever tried to find my way around. Ive been looking for a house in the Buckley area for a while and saw the board go up so immediately looked on their website to find out its details, but impossible to find it as they hadn't put it up so then looked on rightmove but again not listed there either, the house finally arrived on rightmove one and a half weeks later, you might think this is an isolated case but unfortunately not, as I've discovered the same problem with other previous houses that they market. William Gleave replied to my review saying they found it hard to believe that I had found other houses that had taken ages to appear on rightmove and the website, well guess what, whoops they've done it again.

Hi Peter, thank you for your review. When we are instructed to sell a property then a for sale board is erected within 48 hours however due to the property misdescriptions act we have to ensure our particulars are checked by our vendors before going live meaning it wont be on Rightmove or our website.
When people see a board and a property isn't showing on Rightmove then they would normally call us where we can advise on price, organise a viewing or send a brochure when the property is available.
I find it hard to believe that you have found this with many others as the majority of properties are listed within 48 hours of being instructed.
