GoogleIt's been a hard time for tenants and landlords during the height of the Covid pandemic. Tenants who have been furloughed during this period have experienced problems with paying their rent. However, the Insurance backed rent guarantee provided to landlords by William Gleave, has provided them with a certainty that the full monthly rental income would still be forthcoming. Special thanks to Catherine Osborne for dealing with a water ingress/damp issue to our flat during this period and for overseeing all aspects of obtaining quotations for roofing works. GoogleThe guys at William Gleave were incredibly patient and helpful for two first time buyers. They made sure we had everything we needed and followed up where possible if we had questions or concerns.
Our purchase went on a little longer than usual due to a myriad of issues outside of our (and their) control. Regardless of this they were patient and accommodating.
We even got a nice little welcome box when everything was finished, which was lovely.
Even the viewing was easy and no pressure.
