After viewing a few properties that were not for us, we received a phone call from Tom who had received keys to a property not yet on the market. It turned out that this was our dream property, we quickly put in an offer which was accepted. Our search was finally over!!

Reassuring us from the off about being able to secure the tenancy despite a tight timeframe they acted quickly to ensure that everything ran smoothly, allowing us to move in with the minimum of fuss.
Any issues that arose during the currency of tenancy were dealt with promptly and always to our satisfaction. Importantly they were all unfailingly polite and friendly whenever we had any contact with them, and made us feel that nothing was too much trouble. A five star team.
