GoogleExcellent estate agent! House was listed the week before lockdown and sold a few weeks after coming out of lockdown after 6 viewings. We had numerous issues with my buyers solicitors delaying the sale and Alex was always on hand to chase up to get the transaction pushed through. Many thanks.

GoogleMy wife & I sold our Property through Square Room. Whilst the sale did drag on for sometime, this was down to the Purchasers Solicitors taking three months to complete. If it wasn't for Alex Leach (Sales Manager) and the rest of his hardworking team, it would have taken a lot longer. Alex & the girls (Phoebe, Lauren, Sue and many others) did a great job. GoogleCan’t recommend enough. My mums apartment had been in the market for 2 years until we went with the Square Room. Paul came round to give us a valuation, he had done his homework on the property. As soon as the property went in the market we were kept updated on viewings. The property was sold within a couple of months, going through to completion soon after. Very professional company.

Run a mile if selling, I viewed and coming out of area and would only book 3 viewings at a time. Estate agent was rude. Made offer at asking price and was asked to make other offer as other offer in. I did but then backed out as area around house concerns. House back on and still on. So much for the other offer. Cowboys

The agent had listed a 3 bedroom bungalow but in fact it could only be used as a 2 bedroom Rd as it was not classed as a habitable room . After a number of complaints pointing this out it was relisted as a 2 bedroom at the same high price. I feel sorry for anybody who surveys this property to find out that it has no building control permission for the dorma or extensions so you’ve just wasted your money. This agent gives the others a bad reputation.

GoogleSold my property last month. Process was slow (due to COVID-19) I was happy enough with the Square Rooms during the sale. One negative , I would of liked a bit more feed back (weekly) on how the sales process was going. Would use them again.

GoogleI’ve sold houses before this recent sale and used several different estate agents each time, so I think that qualifies me to make a comparison. I usually can’t be bothered or make time to write reviews but this is the exception. The level of service delivered by square rooms is absolutely amazing, these guys deserve so much praise. From start to finish the service received in selling my property was above and beyond anything I’ve ever received from other estate agents. They return calls promptly, answer emails immediately and communicate with solicitors and all other parties efficiently (never had an estate agent do that before). While all the staff are great and extremely helpful, there is a star of the show in this case, Alex. I have to mention him because I was so impressed by his work ethic, knowledge and commitment to providing a service. He definitely went above and beyond the job spec and made the whole stressful selling a house in a chain so much easier - he’s an absolute super hero! I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again - excellent value for money!

GoogleI have sold 5 properties and bought 1 through the square room over the last year and all dealing with them have been great. They keep you up to date with what’s going on every step of the way, very helpful in chasing solicitors when needed etc. The fees are also very reasonable compared to other local estate agents. They work quickly, from calling to arrange valuation to getting online is within days. All the staff are brilliant and always know what’s going on, the company is clearly ran very well and communication is key which they’ve got spot on, all the staff are really friendly and helpful, I haven’t come across one person who was difficult to deal with so cannot recommend enough and wouldn’t use any other estate agent in the future. Thanks for all your help to everyone who I have dealt with at the square room!

Goodness me! I am shocked to see poor reviews on this estate agent. I have sold 2 houses with them now and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. They are the leading agents in the area. Alex and Paul and all the girls in the office are second to none. Professional pictures, good descriptions, prompt on emails and calls, regular feedback and once an offer is accepted, they don't let time get away- they are on the ball and chasing up any bits that need rectifying with the conveyancers. They are also really reasonable in their fees too. Paul comes out and does a valuation and does some decent market research beforehand which no other agent had done for me before. Unlike some agents, I managed to get good feedback from all my viewings and my buyer even commented on their professionalism. I would ignore the reviews saying offers were put in higher than asking etc etc, this was common during covid where demand exceeded supply. There are some good agents (not many) on the Fylde Coast, but you wont find one better than Square Room!!

GoogleArranged an appointment several days earlier to collect a key for survey purposes, As arranged called to collect the key at 11.00 o clock and was told in an unfriendly manner that the key was out with the viewer and I would have to call back after 12 for the key, I suggested I would go to the property and look at the exterior and they could drop the key off . In no uncertain terms and abruptly I was told to call back. If I was a vendor I certainly would not use an agent that was unhelpful. VENDORS BEWARE… you have my number should you wish to apologise for the inconvenience and your attitudes when after all I am a surveyor who is only trying to expedite a sale for your agency and client..

GoogleHi after 4 months of trying to sell my property with another estate agent and despite numerous viewing no joy I turned to the square room after a few recommendations Paul came round to seem me and filled me with confidence about the property he was confident it would sell and guess what it did!!!lots of viewings and Paul and his staff were fantastic from start to finish lots of feedback on viewings updates and conversations threw out the process really good service would highly recommend them to anyone. GoogleBought our very first house through the Square Room and the whole process was great and pretty swift considering we're first time buyers. Viewed the house on September 1st and moved in on December 8th. ☺️ The staff were all polite, friendly and very helpful.
