They will collect their extortionate fees and then reject any responsibility whatsoever to manage the property, despite declaring themselves "agents" of the landlord and on paper assuming all responsibility. However, they are masters of cheap talk, time-wasting, delays and avoidance techniques. In essence, if you have any genuine problems, you're on your own. How they operate is morally quite wrong. Prospective tenants - run!

GoogleUnlike the estate agency I employed, Roman's were a pleasure to deal with when it came to my purchase. They could not have been more helpful and Matthew Eldred in particular went above and beyond what I would have expected. Although I do not plan on moving any time soon, I will definitely be contacting Roman's when the time does come.
